unfortunately, both Hold or Trade is not a good idea during the bearish market. I will rather sell off during the bearish market and re-buy at the lowest low again for me to make more money than to hold. Anyway Hold is a good idea but it depends on how much money you can willing to tire down for long period of hold. Like me i dont have much money to tire down so i will rather sell off and rebuy at a mucb cheaper price.

if in my opinion if you have bought the coin from 2017 then you better hold it and but if you just plan to buy it then I suggest it's better to trade, because for now I think the very fast way to get profit is by trading, that is because the market price always goes up and down very fast, so that it gives profit for us to trading compared to holding.

Unless people require urgent money it is better to hold the coins and if possible then buy some more Btc and altcoins as well with the price being down . Once we have a good demand the price will trigger and have a good momentum so that we can sell at that point .

Profitable or not the coins that you maintain depend on the results of the analysis that you do and decide to hold it or sell it is your choice. If you want to trade you need expertise in reading charts and analyzing them, if you lack mastery about this I think it's better to postpone it.
