Hold or Trade?

I don't trade. Because I have no technical knowledge. That's why I'm a hodl.
Trade is very risky and stressful.
I am researching the project to make long-term investment. I'm investing. And I am waiting. So I don't stress

Everyone has the right to choose to trade or invest their coins from the bounty they have done so far. if you are smart in choosing a project it will make you a millionaire that surprises everyone.

Trading has always been the best choice for adding a profit from the results we have got from bounty. Do not throw away the opportunity for trading, rather than Hold that does not get anything better to use that opportunity to trade.

As they have good knowledge to work with the business, they can materialized even in this situations, professional traders can take some time to think and analyze with their positions, they can decide accordingly and the end results can favor them most of the time, those who doesn't have that time and knowledge staying with long term options can be less stressful just don't bother to keep checking your assets value.

Buy and hold it now is not the best choice, since many coins are falling very much in value.  Some platforms allow not only to buy but also to sell coins, you can earn good money on the course.

I am not a good trader, so I will prefer holding it until the price goes up high then i can sell off and make my profit, I am an emotional person and can't deal with the emotions that comes with trading cryptos because of the volatility

I choose to hold a part of asset in Big coin, and other part I choose to.trade it to make daily profit

From my own experience, I can say that a large part of the coins I used to hold, at some point in time grew in price, it was a short-term pump, and then another long recession. I believe that such coins need to be held just before such price jumps that would immediately sell them.

depending on the case, if the altcoin provides dividends I would choose to hold it but if the altcoin does not provide dividends and the price continues to fall (hard to recovery) I prefer to choose sell it and trade other altcoin because it is more effective

i suggest to hold for now, because soon bearish will replacing a bull run and so many are waiting for that moment, but if you have a another plan much better to jump it for the better.

Take a look at the market of your specific crypto. Hodling and being discipline on when to sell gives you great rewards at the end.But also if the market situation of your coin is doing great in the market, trading would also give you rewards. I think it is a matter of checking the market and see if it is profitable to trade or hold.

It does depend. If you are wanting to play safe during this market downtrend, choose to hold and to just wait for recovery to happen but if you are wanting profit desoite of the risk, choose to trade because that's the best way to get profit at times like this unlike on investing which is more likely to result in huge profit loss at this moment.

prefer to trade with the small sums because the the is volatile and you can catch the moment to buy or sell you coins

As of now i am still holding my tokens.
Not just that, i am keep my wallet busy with buying more low price tokens in the market!
I still do believe that the market is at low and has the big capability to rise in the market before the year ends.
