Here are my numbers for different performance settings, T3, 39T running on 240V...
efficiency: 7.1A (1704w) - 31.3th, 54w/th
balanced: 7.9A (1896w) - 35.5th, 53w/th
factory: 9.4A (2256w) - 38.4th, 58w/th performance+: 9.5A (2280w) - 38.8th 58.7w/th
Overall build quality is solid, but slightly off spec. Seems like there is a sweet spot between factory and balanced setting. Huge drop in power consumption but only 3th drop. Not much gains over factory settings, but it down tunes well. Ill have to play around with it a bit more, and see if I can get less than 53w/th. I like that it has 17 different performance settings, as it allows you to tinker. Took about 2 weeks from order to door. No manual in box, or online even, they only have manual for T2, but everything seems the same. Paid $1400 + $200 shipping. About 5 month ROI for me at current prices and difficulty. I typically don't go for anything over 6 months ROI.
Looking forward to see if any new firmware is on the horizon for the T3.

It has since been updated. Frankly I ordered when it said july. I expect July shipping. We will see how it goes. a 30 day delay from July to August. is about 20th x 30 or 20 x 0.00003548 x 30 = 0.020748 btc or 180 USD. It would not be the first time innosilicon delays a shipment. For that matter bitmain has done it to me. and I am going on a 30 day delay with my demo m20s. which would be 35 x 0.00003548 x 30 = 0.037254 btc or 324 usd. This is why I don't do preorders. As a rule they are always delayed.

Even though I sent my funds in the the 30th of may and did get a response on the same day that funds were received. They officially confirmed the payment today on June 3rd. So even though they were paid at least a day before they changed shipping time from July to August. They simply waited until today to confirm payment. So most likely they will ship in August not July. This is the cost of doing business and will not be the last time a seller does this to me and other buyers. Who knows maybe they will surprise me and send it in July.

You can sometimes catch them when the difference is minimal. Or pay by bank transfer, it takes a bit longer but no BTC exchange shenanigans.

Yea, if it's pumping maybe. Everything is priced for wire. So with multiples you get credited more, that and shipping.

Will they ever reduce their shipping costs to USA? $120 PER UNIT is crazy expensive. When I order other miners from secondary sellers, its usually less than half that.

One unit to the US from Inno is likely $250 plus. Each additional unit is about $100 ea.

That is insane. How on earth do they justify that? DHL Express is literally half that expensive.

they want you to buy two or more at a time. As the second is quite a savings.
Of course if you want one at a time you get stuck.
I buy a lot of gear one at a time.
In 2018 and 2019
I purchased six new s9is 11 new L3+ 1 t15
7 new m10s 1 t2t 24th 1 t3t 39th 1 new m20s
21 new pieces all from manufacturers.
All single purchases except the l3+ which were in sets of two.
If you notice I spread purchases around three different builders.
And I am not counting the a841s A851s a921. Purchased them from blokforge or got demos direct from Avalon.
My point is Inno loses a lot in sales to a guy like me due to shipping cost. But that’s their business model.

Yeah, I have bought about 50 A9 Zmasters in the past year via Alibaba, and even orders as big as 20, my total shipping cost was about $700 (sometimes $500 if they double up the shipments), spending $3k on shipping is ridiculous, and I won't shop from them at those prices either.

I would have more of their gear if they ran website a bit more friendly to people that do not live in China.

I can't understand this policy. Why they don't just have affiliates or resellers in other parts of the world? I can't understand! I could have bought a few units myself if it was easier to buy within EU, for instance! Why don't they sell in Amazon or Ebay or so?

I think we rate Inno as "good" on our satisfaction. I'm OCD so I keep their video up, it's sort of soothing. It's hard to manage clients though when gear is in such demand, a decent user portal would be helpful for them. Only thing about more distribution or re sellers is that pricing increases with every touch. Retail pricing on new equipment if available now would be out of control. You'll see as earlier pre orders start to land.
