Will SEC approve BITCOIN ETF ?

It looks like new deadline will be October planty of time
I follow very good US lawyer on Twitter he told that new proposal is much better then previous one and has more chance to be approved
But first will be Fidelity and Bakkt
Both together will be much more then ETF
Also USA is not only one place of the world where bitcoin EFT can be approved

Presumably they'll be able to do their multiple extensions again, or perhaps October is when all the extensions run out. Can't be bothered to figure it out.

What's different about this proposal? How did they find the time to do something new when it's just been a few days since it was withdrawn?

At some point ETF will gets approved, people have come to a state not to consider it anymore. In the past on every ETF approval request people were made to panic. There will be FUD around and the same used as a manipulative source. Now users are much clear and this time there isn't big fluctuation in the market.

Yes it will be approved this year thats why we will have a new ath this year up $100k per btc, Im so optimistic that it will happen this year because of institutional investors many companies are waiting for this approval believe me this is gonna be massive adoption from big investors.

If truly approved this will be  a landmark in the history of bitcoin so much attention had been on this ETF SEC approval after series of delays however I totally disagree that a new ath of $100K will be attained this year while alot of company might get involved in bitcoin and other cryptos this does not mean there gonna be massive pump up to that price mark as you predicted.

In my opinion if SEC really wants the bitcoin ETF to approve why they still not do it now? But I heard a rumor that they don't have any decisions now so I think they announce it in October if I'm not wrong. But I think even there's a approval or not bitcoin is still bitcoin and still people are the one can make bitcoin move up to higher price.

Its not just about the approval only ,for ETF to have huge impact on the market price ETF approval must be approved at the perfect time or else it won't have huge impact ,one of the perfect time is 'the next halving.

So the bleeding will continue.
I just think that if they will approve this year, we will stop the bear of operating the market.
When you are down 10x times of the original price of your holding, you're desperate for a change.

I believe that SEC will accept a Bitcoin ETF but not anytime soon there is more progress in Europe with Switzerland as this country has approved a Bitcoin ETF the United States I think would like to see a lot more regulation implemented into the Crypto markets. The United States doesn't like the citizens investing in ICO's or their citizens depending on the legal circumstances in some cases promoting ICO's. I think that the law makers and SEC move slowly at time sometimes on purpose. I would love to see the US approve an ETF but still wonder would it instigate a bull run maybe not the crypto market is it's a funny market certainly a mini bull run $8-$9K

I don't think the ETF approval will get more and long term impact on the prices of bitcoin but this can be a reason to bring the bull run,so once the market keep started to recover more and more investors will take the capitalization into new level.

Because the SEC's concern is about security on trading and investment in bitcoin, fluctuations are taken into consideration. when fluctuations may weaken, maybe the ETF can be approved. but many people say that prices will never be stable?
I hope that perspective of SEC about bitcoin will be different in the future. I believe bitcoin ETF will be approved

That particular hope will spark investors interest, though it's still a question whether this one will be approved but many hopes that it will bring some
interested investors money to be place inside the market, recovery will happen if there's new players that will ride with this news.

Timing will be the question from both investors and traders that's still waiting for the final decisions of SEC.
