I don't think any good will come of it. I don't think we can influence the managers in any way. Any activity carries its own risks and bounty is no exception. To put forward some requirements it is necessary that more people united. But you can't do that.

If this can happen, then the earlier the better. I have seen a lot of bounties where participants were being cheated. Although, its long i have been a victim to that.
I still see folks complain almost every time.
In almost all spheres of life, union always play significant role in ensuring that the rights of members are secured.
Also, i have come to the understanding that there is power in unity, if only people will agree to be united.

Although unions don't seem very attractive to me since they usually become abusive mafias,  I agree that we should unite as a community, many cases of abuse are committed on both sides and if bounty hunters and managers unite to solve these problems, I think that in the end, we would all benefit from it.

While this sounds like a laudable idea, I'm struggling to see the impact it will make on the bounties out there as a lot of these things are not in the control of the bounty hunter. A professional union will look like something that isn't open to every bounty hunter and will have some rules, etc. For a largely decentralized space and large unregulated, I don't see the impact this will make TBVH.

I think the most difficult task in any venture is getting started.
If there is a union, and they make it known that bounty procceds must be paid in Ether or any other established token; with the contract of the fund, already made available with a particular manager for distribution; belive me, the issues that bounty hunters are passing through will be halve solved.

You may want to know if that makes any point and i'll ask; if you see a bounting hunting activity planned out the way that is currently obtained; and another with such little suggestion as i stipulated above, which one will you go for?

I commend whoever that is initiating such idea, and i hope it comes to fruition.

That will really make a whole lot of sense but sense we are located in different past of the world where different people have different views, it might be hard to co-ordinate such a union because many people will still not pay attention but if such a union comes out, I will be in full support

hmm well thought out and idea and sounds cool but won't be an easy task because it means that bounty hunters will speak with one voice. Also it will only be effective if there's a way the bounty tokens can be escrowed so that it is released immediately to hunters after the ico.

The demand of bounty hunters is less than the supply of the service provided by hunters so we cant control the game. The lack of regulation in the bounty hunting job is also a reason hunters can't set the rules because every bounty manager and team can change their mind on the required allocation of tokens along the line.

Yes, I do agree with that. Many managers do not treat the job which they are doing seriously or do not do it properly.
Sometimes you got fewer stakes than some others, even your work is better. We are pushed with strict deadlines to do KYC and claim the earned tokens and afterwards, they are not listed for months.

At least managers have to do a better job and be more careful. I hope there will be soon a transparent and a fair platform opened.

I am not so sure this is the right time to start an initiative like this, because everything seems to indicate that the market is dying slowly and there are few prospects in the medium term for a certain recovery. In reality many projects only aspire to survive and bounty managers are not responsible for this situation, so perhaps it is time to look for new alternatives to generate free money.

I don't buy this idea of forming a Union of bounty hunters because thereafter there is the tendency of people abusing the Union by indulging in other negative activities that is against the rule of this forum, this is a public forum as a bounty hunter you take the risk as a participants without any input from any external union.

yes I also feel that way, many of the successful projects don't pay and even pay. there are pieces after being asked that there must be reasons that don't make sense. but if there really is one who deserves it, I think this will turn to the bounty hunter.

There are already so much groups that promotes the right of the bounty hunters over those fraudulent ICOS who's promises is not guaranteed to be real. I join the telegram group mad hunter and there, we discuss the issue of different ICOS.

I think your idea is a good idea and will make bounty campaign world better. Bounty hunters will be organized and can give feedback to each other and also we as bounty hunters can review bounty campaign one another to minimize the scams. I support if this idea works. these ICO all of them are just taking advantage of the bounty hunters not paying properly and very delay payment the worse of all is some of this is turned out to be a scam, my suggestion is that we need to start from these bounty managers first, all we need to do is stop them from accepting scam ICO these bounty managers are accepting ICO that are not legit and scam for the sake of money this must be stopped or ban this Bounty Managers  that is greedy for money we need to act fast.

well before you join the bounty you can always Double checked them before joining them tho, on that you can identify them as a scam or not its not always the fault of bounty manager although some bounty manager tend to ignore those things but you should take responsible also for your actions. i only participate in well known bounty manager that has good reputation so i wont be dealing with headache in near futures

The idea is wonderful, but there are too many people willing to participate in the bounty. You will leave, another will come to your place. At what he will receive a great reward if you will not. It would be nice to create a bounty union that would defend their rights. But while this is a deplorable idea. Many people lose big money by investing in scam projects. And they will not be able to return them. We only lose our time.

They need us just like us! What if we ask them to pay a reward every week, miss the payment and no one does not work? !!

That`s the great idea, if all bounty must pay their participants weekly we can determine which project are not good in the begging, because if  dont receive your payment weekly those project are not good, so we can avoid those project earlier.

be careful of the bounty manager who trusts, indeed there are many out there who have committed violations for their own sake there are also those who unwittingly attend the participants or the development team for the need for a portal for bounty
