I am not manipulated by any government, i dont trust them 100 percent and that is one main reason why i am here in the community of cryptocurrency.
I want crypto to push forward to replace FIAT, as blockchain and bitcoin is independent and can't control by any government.

I think that goverments don't show a special interest or attention to manipulate bitcoin. They just ignore or neglect bitcoin at this level and try not to include crypto currencies their regulations. But this can't go on so much and they have to change their attitude.

Governments hate what they cannot control so they will do anything they can to block it. The only way through is to donate btc to the decision makers and make them hodlers as well

when the price of bitcoin fell from the beginning of 2018, I already knew that there had been a price game and price manipulation that happened because the government, the government banned receiving bitcoin but the government knew it would make prices fall and it would be used by the government to drop the price of bitcoin .

I agree. It seems to me that without state intervention there definitely wasn’t. Price can not easily fall off. If now we continue to use Bitcoin, invest more in it, then sooner or later, the state will have to accept Bitcoin. We should not give in to political tricks (unless of course they are here)

the decline in bitcoin is not purely from the government, the government has never manipulated the price of bitcoin because they are not in it, they only spread fud where it can affect old investors and prevent new investors from entering

Most of the government in our times now majority still not believe and and open into bitcoin. Only few of the countries accept bitcoin and crypto currency. In fact, some of the government are not in favor with digital currency even though they saw some country regulated it already and they're not satisfy yet in this kind of business we had in crypto or bitcoin world.

Well it definitely depends on which government you're talking about in the first place.

I would say that oppressive governments find Bitcoin a lot more annoying than any other for example. When someone says "the government", they normally refer to the U.S. government for some reason, like it's a hidden rule nobody talks about. But they seriously are not against it, otherwise it wouldn't be taxed but forbidden.

They know that it's better to go with it than against it.

I don't think the government sees any risk from Bitcoin, since it's not going to be used by the whole world in any time soon. One thing that government fears and thus inducting this manipulation theory is that crypto allows you to pay and transfer money anonymously which the government does not like.

They can and I think they do, with their interest in crypto, it would bring them big money because this market is so volatile.

FUD and hype is part of the crypto for years, people came rushing to buy or do panic to dump, it happens most of the time and even big movement like that, it would correspond to a great profit for the government. Not the government as a whole but the people running it, they are corrupt and they want to take advantage in every possible way, and they are successful because until now, we still recognize that they are the most powerful in the world.

I am not entirely convinced that governments have a army of public servants that are told to spread fud about Bitcoin. The average public servant is just a salary slave and they simply perform the task that they were employed to do.

Most of the fud are being pushed by people with hidden agendas in companies in the private sector that are funding shill armies <media> to spread fud about Bitcoin. <Mostly the companies that are threatened with disruption by Bitcoin>

I would not be so sure of that. The state is ordinary people who want the best for everyone. They are also looking for better ways to solve problems. I don't think they treat Bitcoin like that. Most likely, there is some distrust of Bitcoin by the state. But this is only claimed by the fact that the state doesn't understand how to manage Bitcoin. Also, the state, perhaps, is afraid of the consequences that may occur after Bitcoin becomes more widespread.

Governments are against bitcoin and that is true and there is a major reason for government to announce Bitcoin is illegal and other fault accusations and that is because it is not under any government authority or influence and it is known as an asset not under control and no legitimate statue which can be a risk for the traditional economical systems runs by governments and that is the main reason such announcements are made by governments against Bitcoin to stop expanding further locally and internationally

Soon governments realize the potential of bitcoin and its existence even some are against bitcoin and make obstacles but they all should understand its potential some day and no other currency in the crypto world can face and also survive that bitcoin has faced and I think there are major reasons why it has the capability to do that and one is the demand or power it has gained as the first digital currency in the world and another reason is bitcoin enthusiast because for any currency to be alive there should be users and without that no currency can continue and even bitcoin lost considerable amount of potential holders still there are many users from the beginning until now and that helped bitcoin a lot to survive with these restrictions or barriers
