I have follow the rules here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=497545.0 (long time ago) but no respond until now.
I will sign messagi in the end of my post here to make proof if im really apriand.

Actually that account doesnt really hacked, but i get chaeted about that account. I was busy that time, and need money to pay my loan with Parodium. Then someone call me in telegram (he is from my country) to help me. He give me little money to pay back my loan but he want that account under his control for a month. all deal and he call me almost everyday, but after a month my account not back to me and he runaway, all social media (telegram and whatsapp deleted by him) and i lost my account. May be he already sell thats account, but i sent pm for apriand about who control that account also no respond.

I know its my mistake, may be its almost impossible to get back that account for me (although still hope in my mind because only that one my account here, and this one my alt). But at least everyone know, if that account isnt under Apriand control, so if someone deal something with that account not deal with me.

So in other words,the account was used as a collateral to collect a loan from the said individual,judging by your input above, or a swap deal for money,in exchange for that account for a month,probably for a signature bounty campaign(hardly anyone ends in a month though), as the loanee would be able to rack up much from it(7 stakes precisely per week)
You really shouldn't entrust a legendary account into the hands of a total stranger in an anonymous system such as ours..
Such deals can only be carried out with a trusted member on the forum,or with the supervision of one, so incase of a mishap,a DT could leave a red trust easily..

At this point I doubt if a DT will be able to leave a red trust on that account,as there happens to be no proof of the details of the deal/agreements,we could be sure it's your account,but we do not know under what circumstances you gave the account out..
It's simply your word against whoever is in control of it....

Already the old address was verified and if we see the trust page of Apriand the we can find that email and password were changed recently so it is a sign that account was changed hands.

Any way that account will be tagged forever because which is same as account selling and will not be trusted by our DT members.

I usually would try to help anyone who was a not a scammer (not that I could help with this matter anyway). Which you do not seem to be.

However letting anyone else buy or use your account is not something I can say is responsible to other members of this board.

Especially a legend or hero account.

My fear about people selling or lending them out is that people could use that rank to gain some trust from others and that could potentially lead to scamming. I am not saying the account seller is essentially a scammer but it shows to me lack of concern for this happening. If I was new here and I thought I was dealing with a legend account I would probably trust them more than if I realised they hacked or bought the account the day before.

I do not support account sales or hiring out on that basis. I have actually seen accounts flagged with neg trust for this which I do semi agree with actually or at least some indication that person running that account now is not the person that gain the legendary rank.

I think it will be unlikely to get your account back.

Although I am not judging you. If a person is in desperate need of money then only they can know the pressure they are under to take certain actions. It is sad you lost your legend account I hope you can rebuild a new account over time.

I am here for the last about one year.  I have read and also even experienced cheaters cheating and scamming innocent people.  I think only more than 100% extra cautious people can survive  and remain safe here.
Because account selling is allowed here; the person holding the account may claim having purchased it.

You will want to message each DT member individually and point them to this thread. That will be the easiest way to get the red removed, and provide them proof it's back in your possession.
