I just wanted only to share here one of the many reasons on the crpyto world. Compare on the old holder since 2014. Many of them, They experienced like what happen today. But their faith are very strong unlike to new holders.

Those kinds of persons are called typical investors. They don't know anything about the market. When prices start to bubble, they jump and buy a lot. When prices start to decrease, they give up and sell their coin without thinking twice. Because of those, panic sell goes on and market condition gets worst.

I partially agree with you as crypto market is relatively new so most of people here are also new that is why terms like hype, fomo, fud etc are mostly used here and that is the reason for crypto volatility in either direction, just like huge fomo like 10 months ago now we are experiencing panic selling because most of the people here do not understand the basic technology nehind the crypto and its economics that is why they have low confidence and that is why they sell as soon as they movement against their entry.

I don't think they sold it at low price (cut loss) because of panic, but because they were sure the prices would continue to fall and I think they had made the right decision. One thing you have to remember "trend is friends" so don't ever think cut loss is a bad decision

Sure this works exactly in such way. Market rewards only those who are patient enough. If you are impatient, afraid, easily fall in panic or just too greedy you will always lose money and not only on the crypto market but in any investing spheres. You have to be disciplined otherwise you'll be kicked off.

The majority who bought Bitcoin right now is a holders while the one who pushed the price down to this extent are manipulators and scalper.
both of them created a fud and shill the market at the same time, that was why the price is going up and down instantly.

Anyway, they are more like traders rather than holders.
You cannot really blame them if they sell their bitcoin below $6K to cut their losses.

Of course, we could not blame them because of that was their money, they have a right to sell or rather hold. But one thing that can I assure if they do that, they are not a crypto enthusiast and most probably they are newbies in the world of crypto. In this matter, the OP was right a new generation of holders that having a weak hand that easy to do a panic selling. But if they are here in the forum they will know if what is Bitcoin when it comes investment.
