What are your expectations for ICOs in 2019?

I only hope that in 2019 there will be a special institution that handles ICO meaning that the ICO will pass a feasibility test before plunging to find investors in the field. This is important to avoid ICO fraud. I just want to get a qualified and responsible ICO. I just hope that this ICO will come up with a unique and different project innovation and coins than before so that the difference is really from the previous ICO. I also hope that the subsequent emergence of the ICO must really be thought through so that it is not only euphoria to hold as many ICOs as possible but also balanced with equal responsibility.

So you want a centralized institution telling you what icos are good enough for your investment? That goes against the decentralization that is so present in this market, cryptocurrencies strive to give their users absolute freedom but with that freedom comes a huge amount of responsibilities as well like deciding in which ico you want to invest and if you lose your money there is no one else to blame but yourself.

Decentralized exchanges means more freedom,less paperwork,less headaches,less comissions etc. What you said here is also case for centralized exchanges. Who knows what will happen before it has happened? We are just discussing  the one of  hundred thousand possibilities with speculating non-reasonable expectations. Responsibilities are part of self control and there is no cutting  sword for such kind of people who likes to lose money in scam ICOs...

The whole market took a hit and ICOs were not spared too. The money was pulled away from crypto slowly and slowly during this whole 2018 period and ico found it difficult to raise funds from crowdfunding so the projects with good potential managed to fund their project from private funding and others failed to raise.

Your hope is also the hope of so many people because 2018 is really a bad year for bounty hunters and investors when they constantly fall into the loss and do not receive rewards from the ico project, therefore, 2019 is an expected year for many people with ico. The truth is too weak and fuzzy, which is due to almost 70% more than the ICO's scam, no way out. But the fact that in the future, I hope to see the truth in the ICO and the good projects appear more now, not hidden away after the project fraud .

Market volume has fallen too much. Again in 2017 you can experience an ICO craze like that. In this process, the market volume can grow again by new entrants.

I do not think ICO will be dead next  year, if that so then crowdfunding had been dead by now.  ICO is another kind of crowdfunding, it is a good thing that SEC butt in to regulate stuff, once this field is cleared of half-baked and scams, i believe ICO will be lively again.
