Everyone says that in 2019 many institutional investors will enter the cryptocurrency market. I remember even during the worst of bear market times we were talking about how 5.8 thousand dollar was the lowest bitcoin has seen this year which means even though it dropped a lot from 20 thousand dollars it is still much better then any other year. Right now we have managed to hit 3.5 thousand dollars somehow.

All of that "the best year ever even with a bear market" deals are gone now because 3.5 thousand doesn't look all that promising at all. I remember even just couple weeks ago we were all optimist about bitcoin because we believed after the bear market the stagnant market was a prep time for the upcoming bull run. I wonder why all the world community is excited about the decline in Bitcoin Prices, even though if we look at the end of 2016, the price of Bitcoin is not more than $ 900, and starts

any fluctuating price can occur that makes us pound awaiting bitcoin and cryptocurrency surprises.

What is there not to be excited about actually? I know it may not be totally relative to cryptocurrency, but if someone decides to give you something for a lot cheaper price and something you know has a real value both in the short term and in the long run based on its characteristics, potential for growth and usage, won't you take it as an opportunity and simply even want to ask for more?

Right bro! There is nothing that is going on in this market that is not worthy of being happy about. We are in a market of great opportunities and this is more like the market going back in time to last year to give those who missed early last year chances to be buying into the market now.

We are really in the dark ages of bitcoin. I have been around about 5-6 years now I have never seen this much doom talk going on. Even after Mt.gox people did not got scared like this about the price, nobody was given a damn about the price. The point of bitcoin was the utility of it and how it made everything easier globally and so forth.

People were scared of the bitcoins they no longer had, not the money they lost, people were not like "Oh I lost this much dollars in mt.gox", no not at all they were like "I lost this much bitcoin in mt.gox" instead which put the emphasis on bitcoin instead of fiat. Nowadays people are so worried about price of bitcoin instead of bitcoin that we can't ever go up to a level that would make people happy. Bitcoin could be a million dollars and people would ask "when do you think it will be 2 million".

The market starts scaring the shit out of me. What the hell is wrong with the cryptocurrency market? What on earth is going on in the cryptocurrency market? I used to justify the recent market crash as a 'fake dump' but now it starts freaking me out! So, where do you guys think is the next bus stop for bitcoin? I'm thinking isn't this beyond 'hash wars' or Bakkt launch fake dump by the whales?

I believe bitcoins has bottomed out and it won't be crossing the resistance level of 3k, also the effect of Bcash war and Bakkt not launching now seem to fade away. This is a typical bear market phase which has paralysed bitcoins, and instead of moaning start acting and accumulate it. I believe it's only matter of days before a rally comes to bitcoins, as it always has happened after bottoming out.

I think the saddest part is that we are no longer shocked by the movements. I was expecting the below 4 thousand levels to be temporary and whenever it reached anything under 4 thousand the price would skyrocket back to a normal level, not like 10 thousand levels but about 5 thousand at least because under 4 thousand really makes it worthless to mine however if it stays like this for a long time people will stop mining and the difficulty will drop which brings another problem, easier to stay at these price levels compared to going back up.

Hence I think we should not be really accepting these prices, we should make the prices go higher enough to make it worthwhile to mine coins so we can actually stay around those levels, if we accept these prices it won't be going up anytime soon, either we react quickly or we stay here for a long time.

I don't think so, Bitcoin has been criticized for so many times same what you are just said it now. But still Bitcoin stand and became the top and king of all crypto currencies in this industry. From 200$ 2014 and now the price of bitcoin was thousand of dollars. If I know, you're just waiting it to dump it more then you will take the chance to buy bitcoin if that happens.
