That a basic strategy in trading just "buy low and sell high". But at this point, you can't determine where is the point of low market price or where is the bottom price. For me, anytime is the right time to buy and then hold for the long term. When the right time has come for sure your profit was also there. the title says it all  . you already answer your own question op  . it is really an oppurtunity to buy bitcoin , not just bitcoin but any other crypto coins as well when thier value is reduced because you can save alot versus when you buy them at thier regular/stable price  .

price redution maybe a good thing for most of us but some users might feel completely opposite   .they dont like the dip because they cant sell thier existing assets  in a higher value  .
