These are the longest bear markets ever but they might be the start of the bull run because most of the big whales are busy filling their wallets now as the prices are already into dip. I'm not sure with the long term tbh, because as you can see, everytime the market goes up, it will not stay long and the market go back crashed. It's happened so many times, so i think it's better to hold it for short term. Buy it at low price and sell it when it up and repeat.
