My choice would be to stick with the established coins from the top 25 cryptos on coinmarketcap. I think these coins have a far better chance of recovering some of their lost value when the next Bull phase begins rather than any of the fledgeling ICO coins.

Long-term investors do not need to observe other altcoins, you only need to use a lot of money to buy bitcoin, and then a small part of you can buy XLM, I do not recommend other coins. I recommend coins that are very valuable after 3 years.
