I mortgaged my house to buy $300,000 of ETH at 800.   I dod not tell her.   This house was paid off in full.  Now I cant make the mortgage payments with my job.  I cant even sell the ETH easily because I live in NH.   Should i keep holding?   Tired of making excuses about wherr all the money is going.   I guess I'm what you call a loser.   Thanks everyone.

Don't consider yourself as a looser and if you do then many people in this forum are looser's because majority of traders and investors have lost great amount of there personal wealth due to these market conditions and some have actually overcome by making smart decisions and in you case the best thing to do is hold little longer and meanwhile tell your wife the truth because what you did was a investment and no one can say every investment can be successful but please don't take such huge risks again

You should sell your ETH soon IMO, althougn not a cryptocurrency expert.  The company behind Etherum is planning to dump ETH with a hard-fork called Casper and they have a 'difficulty bomb' in etherum planned which I would think will make the price drop.

Also Etehrum isn't that great of a cryptocurrency, it just presents well; if you look deeper into it doesn't really make sense, having to buy digital money to develop apps. Bitcoin is a better currency because it was designed to be used as a substitute for money.

Just my advice and also who cares if you can't sell it because you live in NH.  Just find a solution or go to another state, rent a hotel room and sell it there or figure out some solution, because in the worst case you are going to lose even more.

i guess you're really a loser we can't deny it because you have to mortgage your house just to buy ETH which it's 800 price and i think you have a good reason for it and just want to get a bigger profit that is why you have to invest the money. I just want to ask you also have you invested all your money from your house that you mortgaged? i think you should make a plan first before doing risky things.

Selling some eth will give him money, and I think this is the best thing he can do while he can wait for the market to increase. At least he can pay his mortgage for month and he can search for another job in real life to pay the other months. But I won't say he is a loser right now because he still has a chance to recover his losses in the future. All he can do right now is not stop from finding a new job that could help him to get money.
