Base price of the token is the lowest price, at which Bitwin Team will be able to sell some of the tokens.
It was established above the price that people buy into our offering, because we do not want any team
members pushing the price down after hitting exchanges and discouraging our investors.

This projects features are not new and a lot of old projects are doing this. I think the only new is its on ethereum network. Im not into gambling but I will follow this project and will support it if ever they will open a bounty campaign or an airdrop

I certainly do not know what solution the developer will propose on the speed of transactions, but there will be an excellent guarantee of execution of transactions. An interesting solution

I agree, another ICO project which will love by many especially gamblers. As I appreciate this project that aiming to have a fair gambling system that would bring it close to its future is a decentralized gaming platform and to create a platform that creates an innate trust in a potentially corrupt system. however from we have seen, none of them could deliver an on-chain casino, with the same level of user experience and entertainment

Not all transactions are transferred to Ethereum blockchain. Partially transactions
are handled by a system based on a open source project called  Raiden Network - raiden.network

I don't see information about the Bitwin team completely, only the management team's information. Also on the bitwin site there is no description of how many tokens for each phase.

The base token price is $0.098, last phase of our crowdsale will offer 10% lower than that. In case you were wondering, why the base price exists then,
it is a price below which no members of Bitwin Team are allowed to sell their tokens. We decided to go this way, so even when you buy into the ICO at the last
phase you still have an upside in the short term.

Blockchain-based games and iGaming content will be produced mainly by three different sources. Firstly, we are conducting NDA-level negotiations with leading game suppliers and game development studios. Game creation will be done also in-house, so the part of the Bitwin team will be destined for blockchain gaming product development. Finally, as stated in the whitepaper, Bitwin's responsibility is to release GDK (Gaming Development Kit) which is a set of tools necessary to create blockchain gambling products. Software created by Developers Community with our GDK will be used on Bitwin 2.0 platform and can be leased by other interested parties.

Possible application of games produced with GDK by the Developers Community includes, but is not limited to, whitelabel and turnkey iGaming solutions for other platforms, DAPPs and apps.
