ethereum has solid foundation as the developer behind it means real business and real technology. even it falls, it will always go back to recovery because the team behind it are continuing their development and looking for ways to make the platform stronger. unlike other projects which are mostly abandoned by this current market situation. but the op needs to decide for himself if he will buy it or not, because no one is to blame but himself if he's not satisfied with the results

Ethereum is good coin and i am believe it will rise again in near future. Ethereum is obsolete and  is antiquated technology compared to simplicity which has the benefit of being possible to verify arbitrary code execution, without the need for Turing-completeness and allowing formal proofs to be created to insure DAO events cannot happen in smart contracts.

Im still very skeptical of simplicity and smart contracts finding utility anytime soon , but especially skeptical of "turing complete" smart contracts that are found in ETH

Although ether now is 90%+ down since ATH, I still believe to its capabilities and as the first coin to introduce smartcontract using blockchain technology I still have a big trust and new updates coming next year, not only ether even btc and many other coins are at big loss in value now atleast we still have +27699% roi since ico, we must all think theres still hope after this market decline.
