Maybe your thread should be "stop and sell all your BCH ABC and SV right now". This all because of shit BCH coin, before it hardfork, bitcoin still stable around $6.5k.

Stop buying altcoins would be a better way, not just bch, all altcoins are actually dilutions of bitcoin.
If we can't stop buying altcoins, then the same can't stop people from buying bch.
In this market, more people are pursuing short-term money, not real value.

Whales, mining farms, huge investors are into this business for them to profit and earn more money. Bitcoin cash is one of the altcoins and later will also have the same value as the others. Bitcoin remains the parent so don't worry about the small shocks of bitcoin cash, all of this will pass and bitcoin will return to its peak.

I dumped my BCH back on Bitmain in return for a couple of S9 Antminers.
Hindsight it might have been smarter to just buy some more BTC.
But hey the Antminers are making some BTC, so the ROI is already 100%..

Seems like these forking attacks are just making the Bitcoin network stronger and even more resilient than before.
So what forking forker Roger Ver and Bitmain have done is actually good for the long term global network standing. Albeit kinda scary for us newbies here.

Dumping your BCH was your choice and whatever reason is that, you just did it because you know to your it was the right thing to do. But I think  it is more likely good to have an Ant-miners that will produce Bitcoin for use where the ROI is surely will give back to you. And in terms of buying  other altcoins for the future savings it is really much good and better to save your own bitcoin and store it to your wallet then hold or be a bullish.

Bitcoin's drop in value slightly coincided with the Bitcoin Cash fork, which also coincided with a mining crackdown in China that made several mining farms unprofitable. No one really knows if these are just coincidences or if one directly affected the others, so everyone's entitled to their own (however educated) conclusions.

The two communities are hostile, because all the things that BCash supporters is doing are hurting Bitcoin. None of the stuff that for instance LiteCoin or Dash are doing are having a huge impact on Bitcoin, so why should we not have bad blood with these people.

They are dead set on destroying Bitcoin and their actions are proof of that. Why did they have to call their Alt coin, Bitcoin? The only reason was to confuse people and to leech off the popularity of the real Bitcoin. <BTC>

Hold our bitcoin also can become the best way to stop the decreasing price of bitcoin. In this bear market I sold most of my altcoin then buy more bitcoin, I am not sure that some altcoin can still worthy in this situation. I sold most of my altcoin and stop to buy altcoins include bch and bsv because I want to safe my self from lossing fund, I don't have any intention to safe bitcoin by this way. But it seems that theoretically you are right, that way can prevent hash wars.

We can't say stop buying BCH but we need to encourage the people to buy bitcoins and try to spend it as much as you can rather than using as an investment and money making tool from trading.

I see it as a big problem, in short term the hash war was able to make bitcoin price fall down so hard, imagine it will be used by some irresponsible party to control the price, people do realise that this bch forking is just manipulation from sone group to make profit, but that doesn't erase the fact that the incident makes bitcoin fall down
