Both
Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is a blockchain-based cryptocurrency that shares some properties with its gold counterpart. In fact, many have called Bitcoin “digital gold” in the past due to its weak relationship with all other assets–stocks especially.

Both but I'd probably spread it to silver and some other things too. Silver is at a historically low price, it peaked at $50 in 1980 and 2011 and is now at $17 and I think due for a rise over the next few years.
The traditional move would be to hedge against stock volatility with gold. This has proven an effective method in the past, but a new alternative is challenging the old-school safe-haven. Bitcoin is a flashy new asset with all the properties of a currency, but with some unique features that make it a viable haven.

When converting all my wealth I would probably go to gold for my sure future, We cannot tell what will happen to bitcoin but gold is stable than bitcoin so I would go to bitcoin to secure my future and also the future of my family.

Unique features like crashing around 60% in a few days lol, not sure how that makes it a viable haven for your wealth.

Bitcoin is penny stocks on steroids, a gamble.  Get rich or go bust if you go all in.

Bitcoin is good asset for a guys who want to get money faster. But compared to gold bitcoin is much more volatile and unsafe in this case.

If I will choose between bitcoin and gold, ichoose them both, because they are the same good and great for investment. Although bitcoin is volatile than gold, we still dont know what will happen to bitcoin in the future like after 10 years because of its unstable price either its value will rise up or it might just like a bubble that pop and never exist. Gold is stable, its value won't decrease, instead its increasing, and even how many years will pass, it will always be valuable and globally accepted by individually.

I've rather to choose bitcoin than gold even the price right now is going down but I know bitcoin will epic comeback.
Bitcoin ha a quality price that could surpass gold price.

For those who don't know what is bitcoin they will prefer to choose gold as usual.

If you had to convert all your wealth to either Bitcoin or gold and keep it there for 10 years, which would you choose? Keep in mind the fact that Bitcoin has only been around for 5 years, and could be fundamentally different in any number of ways in 10 years.
If to invest wealth in the long term then I choose bitcoin instead of gold. I believe that the next 5 or 10 years the bitcoin price will be high, different from the current price.

Gold has the same value all over the world. this is due to the fact the people all over the world want gold. however, the same cannot be said about bitcoin. only a select number of investors are interested in it. this is a crucial point when comparing crypto currencies to precious metals.

I think otherwise, long-term investments should be safer and this happens to gold instead of bitcoin, we never know with the future of bitcoin but we have to be sure that bitcoin is something that can make us successful and rich.

obviously gold would be the safe bet and bitcoin the risky. With gold having had thousands of years of maintained value and bitcoin being a few years old and extremely volatile.
Yes it will still depend on you. You can take a risk in bitcoin but you need to be ready on possible things that may happen. Think about and understand the characteristic of bitcoin. When it comes to Gold, yes it is truly much safer because even bitcoin doesnt exist before, gold was already there. Choose what you wisely everytime you made a decision and make sure that you will not regret it in the end.

A difficult choice. Gold is probably harder to sell nowadays than Bitcoin and much harder to hold and transport. I'd have to constantly worry that my brick gets stolen. Bitcoin on the other hand can be kept safe on paper wallets and multiple encrypted drives. The problem with it however is that the technology may be replaced by something better. I'd probably play big and risk it all with Bitcoin. It has much greater chance of gaining value.

I will choose bitcoin than gold because I know that the value of the bitcoin will increase more. I know that people will choose gold than bitcoins if they are not aware to what is bitcoins.

I will choose Bitcoin over Gold because Bitcoin had already passed the Gold. Many investors are investing in Bitcoin and many people are already patronizing it. I think those are the reasons why Bitcoin has beaten Gold. If the people will continue to invest in Bitcoin, there's a big possibility that Bitcoin will have a greater value than the Gold.

Why not choose both? I am holding both because I see them both as a store of value. You should do the same.

Gold is much more better than bitcoin because price is not volatile and you have physical existence of your goods. Gold will be actual forever at my opinion.

Well, OK, the OP said to pick one.  But I would take them both.

90% in gold, 10% in BTC.  But, if I had to pick one, it would be gold.
That's exactly what I was going to say.

The irony is, in 10 years the 10% bitcoin may well be worth significantly more that the gold.
I agree  but it depends on how much you money you own and how much percent of the money you convert to gold or bitcoin if you convert both to bitcoin and gold. Most people would choose gold for safe keeping. For me i would choose both 50% bitcoin and also 50% gold.
