The plan is to ship all of the pre-ordered cards before the Christmas holidays - they could be interesting, unusual and unique gifts for your friends and family. In addition to the SIM cards, we are planning to include a Digital Identity (DID) card with every SIM purchased. Each DID card will offer an embedded rewritable NFC chip for additional security features (to be supported in later FIX ID versions), as well as your new global phone number within the very special range (+883 5170 0000 XXXX) reserved to you, a FIX early adopter. These Digital Identities will become the world's first truly user owned and blockchain-secured phone numbers in the near future, and you will be the first ones to experience this exciting and groundbreaking moment.

Most of you have purchased 25 SIMs, and if so, you will receive 25 DID cards. To make this event even more exciting, we are thinking of including special art designs on the cards. For these designs, we suggest that we should showcase use-cases and industries where the FIX solution could be used, such as Fintech, Healthcare or Automotive. In the last few months, we’ve been seeking for help and ideas with NCE liquidity and user-base growth. We’ve compiled a list of recommendations suggested by external market makers and professional crypto traders. The list is:

Enable private API for algo-trading
Incentivise algo-traders with low or no fees
Remove TWINS and XEM base pairs
Disable reversed as primary trading pair
Reduce decimals (sub-satoshi)

We have already started with the private API testing and we can see how the first market maker positively affects the TWINS-BTC market. We would like to proceed with the rest of the list gradually, but would like to hear your opinion and feedback on the subject. 3. Trading fee has been disabled for API (only 2 TWINS will be charged per order, unless no TWINS on balance, then full trading fee will be charged)

Next week we will have one more major change. This will require full downtime and all orders will be canceled. We will configure the exchange to use BTC as base pair and not TWINS. This will solve various issues with reversed pairs. However, the reversed view will always be available foe users who got used to it.

Many are complaining about super slow BTC withdrawals from NCE. The reason is that BTC network is overloaded and our TX fee is limited as we don't want to increase the fee to user. However, waiting 2 days or sometimes even more to receive your funds is very bad user experience. Following the current fee data, we could make the transaction to happen right away, but it would double the fee to user. What do you think? Should we increase the fee and speedup the BTC withdrawal?
