I can see the bulls coming to the market and the bear are starting to leave the community.
Its been a while since we saw the bulls coming. we can now rest and wait for the big pump.
I am thankful that i am done collecting coins and tokens.

There is a small recovery going on in the market at the moment but I cannot say that this is a clear sign the bulls are back and that the bears have left the market, the bears are going to try to influence the market by trying to short bitcoin and selling their coins and since many people left the market it is unlikely a bull market can be sustained.

I think that those who manage the market have a well-thought-out plan of action regarding the BTC price movement. We are members of this community will continue to guess about the price change and wait, wait, wait.

 With the current situation of crypto market as posted on the thread. Everyone is hoping against hope that the market correct would triger the more stable market status before it goes up again. With high Market Volatility everyone is still holding on the last transaction on 2018. But as we can notice, the market trend seems to be on the upward trend yet it is not yet that stable as it is. once the market of Bitcoin breaks the 4k level i think it will go up as to put down the Bearish market into the dashbin. I am more positive that if the capitulation on the market didn't happen we can either wait or just go ahead of our daily monitoring then make a decision to protect our investment vs.profits.

Not yet for me. Im looking at $6000 as a very interesting place to test the current bull:bear ratio sentiment and then evaluate from there depending on if we are rejected from crossing $6000 again, or we cross it with confidence.

Im aiming towards a $6000 break attempt, and failure to do so, then continued bear market until Q2 or Q3 2019 with a bottom, probably some Mike Hearn ragequit moment from someone with a "big name" in Bitcoin, which will signal a clear capitulation, then start of the bull market, and $100k+ for the next halving.

If BAKKT goes out bigly and has tons of contracts, they will be forced to buy a ton of Bitcoin tho, so this may change the game and teleport us into a bull market.

Yes, you are right it is not a sign for a bull run, but there is a sudden increase in the price of bitcoin makes many people think towards the bull run. I hope it is not a sign for a bull run, we need to wait whether it will carry to 19000$ or not.

This year I didn't get that much profits only thing I did was holding my investments , I hope all my patience will pay off next year and there will be bull market and I make more profits

Of course, all of us have the same hope as you because, this year, we don't make bigger profits. I believe there is a time for us to make that profits again and we can hope that it will happen in the next year. I hope that it will not happen with bitcoin only, but it happens with the altcoin too because right now, the market is on the way to reverse and hopefully, the price of the bitcoin and altcoin can increase higher. But we need to aware and prepare if there is bad news that can make some people afraid and dump their coins because they don't want to get a loss and we can make another strategy to prevent the loss.

weekly movement could be good confirmation for us.it represent to candle that contains seller and buyer power.when it confirmed we will see bitcoin price will jump.

The purpose of someone to invest is to get a profit, I would bet 100% for those who come to invest just to get a loss. However, this is an investment place where loss is a door for everyone, everyone will pass through the door even though they don't want it. What happened from the bull run last year was insane. Every coin in the market pumped and everything were on hype mode. Just like you, I have this regret of not investing early last year and riding the pump rocket. Had I known that Btc will hit the moon then i should've invested more.
I hope that in the coming year, the bull run will start again. A year of red market is enough for everybody.

Its always been a fight between bull and the bears. The bears are dominating the market for many months now and I think they have no more room left in the market. The option is now that bull will now enter the market and take over this bear trend. Also we have some good projects / news lined up for 2019, which will help bitcoin rise more.

Apparently bears are not really gone. Since the price increased a bit (not even 4 thousand right now) there has been a lot of people buying the short futures on bitmex, which means there are still a lot of people who believe that this increase is temporary and the price will go back down again.

I am not too sure what to trust anymore, I see the price go up and I get excited and hope that its just a start but I see how people react to it and than realize this is bitcoin and couple percent increase in price doesn't worth anything.

Remember when something drops 50% it needs to recover 100% to get back to  the initial price. We really need to see at least a 50% increase in the price before we get our hopes up. The support and resistance lines are very clear but could be changed and broken very easily with enough force, which makes crypto quite vulnerable.
