I'm even some how confused,  I feel like not looking at the market value again. I am used to looking into it but I have not been too encouraged by the long term dump. I have always encouraged others but I don't know why I am not too comfortable with why the dump is this long. I can't wait to see the bull run, I have a lot of thingd to meet up with

I think it's still too early to make such conclusions. Some poaitive movements are present on the market but it's too soon to call that bull run. To my opinion we would need constant price rise of few weeks or even months in a row to make the conclusion that we have left bear and entered into bull phase. Many are disappointed with 2018 and they are very eager for 2019 to be successful year for Bitcoin but it takes a little time and patience.

I agree with you, Crypto market is still in the bear market and still have room to go down. But I think that we are relatively near the bottom.

Having great patience is very difficult for some people, but if you can do that, maybe something big will await you later. Let's hold on longer for the next few years until your child feels the benefits.

unfortunately most of people could not controll their emotion and psychology.moreover after bearish trend run for very long term , usually investors easy to be panic.and they always hope the bull run will coming soon.

They force themselves and others that a simple rise in btc value would signal the return of the bulls where in that far from what's actually happening. Unless we get sustained green signals with good news to back it up, the bears will still have an extended season while bulls hibernate.

Its not as simple as that for everyone. Many of the investors into crypto have not been the early adopters. They came into this sphere after getting hinted about huge returns a few years back by some "financial analyst".

Like I have said previously these people should not be trusted completely because their opinions are biased and you should do your own research and take your own risks. However these investors did not do so and entered blindly so they end up being bearish and calling crypto a scam panic selling their money away.

This year I didn't get that much profits only thing I did was holding my investments , I hope all my patience will pay off next year and there will be bull market and I make more profits

The logic of the market is this: at first there was a rapid growth at the end of 2017. Then there was a gradual fall. Bitcoin's next step is predictable!

Yes still waiting for it to start increasing their value in the market just like the year of 2017 that many investors gets their profits on their invested currency. And I think holding our investments this year is the best thing to do and to make sure that our loses in the past year will recover from the coming months in this year of 2019.

Still awaiting the bull run to begin as last year too we did not had it and people were not rewarded for the investment they had done in the crypto currency . So if we have now then people would be able to get some reward of holding the btc and also will create momentum in the market.

For now it seems like the price increase will not be as fast as last year, because currently the market conditions are still recovering very sharp decline, so it will be very long to wait for the Bull run to arrive, but I personally always think positively about that, because in the future Bitcoin will be very valuable.

Up until now, the market is struggling to control the bleeding. We are all left  into thinking if the season of bears is still happening or will the bears exit anytime this year.

I think we already have controlled that bleeding this year because we hit the bottomed already.
Bitcoin just got stable at $4K and that is a good sign that we are going to achieve some good growth this year, an almost year of correction
is over, so most likely it will be the opposite that will happen this year. We cannot be so sure but we can be optimistic, so investing is the best thing to do.

For holding to be profitable it needs to be done for a long time, you should be glad that thanks to the volatility this does not take as long as in other markets in which you should hold your investments for decades, in this market if you have been holding your coins for 2 or 3 years that is more than enough to always been in profits despite the movements of the market, I know it is not easy to keep holding our coins but if you want to recover your money that is your only choice.

Blue chip crypto will always be profitable in the future and for sure, some of the investors are now holding a lot of those coins. Having good patient right now will take us to a good place, bull will be out when it becomes hugry and it will make the market great again, so wait until it happen.

Bull run does not happen in a short period. The start may be in slow but relatively it will going to work out over time. Probably we could give for 6 mos. or even 1 year or more for bull run to happen. It will depend on the adaptability of bitcoin users around the world. There are other factors also to consider like the news and this forum to make it happen. If only there were good news around then definitely more and more users will be encourage to join and invest in bitcoin.

Yes, but people who are holding the coin are not losing their asset but they lose their value in the market. The market seems to be in recovery mode where the prices of the coin have increased slightly in the market makes many people think the positive side of the market.

As of now, it looks like the current state may extent to another year or two. I don't expect a recovery for the next 2 years.

Even last year there was no increase that happened even though sometimes the pump happened occasionally, but it was just a fishing rod that might have been a fresh breeze but in reality there was no consistent improvement to date. The bear market continues and if we continue to panic it is very possible for us to lose our investment even though you think selling when panicking will cut losses but that is a less appropriate way I think, because after all the market still has the potential to recover.

I don't mind to wait for 2 years for the bear market as long as after this, and the price can increase and back to the higher price
I hope you don't lose your faith in bitcoin and still trying to hold or to buy more bitcoin in this year because once the price increase, and you will be too late to buy bitcoin at the low price. Holding the investment we have can be another solution if we don't want to get stuck in the high price, but we cannot try to increase the amount of the coin.

Those, who stayed on the market are the most patient people I know. We have been waiting for the bull run for so long, and I believe that finally everybody will be rewarded. The bears will go away soon.
