These two coins might not be growing now as expected, but they have good potentials and there is every tendency for them to rise in future.
You can invest in both if you have the capacity and if you don't, just choose any of the two or whichever one you feel like going for.

I agree. Instead of choosing one, try to invest the two coin because it is better to have more investment than staying at only one, it is less risky. Both. Don't put all your eggs in one basket, if you're not sure which to invest in then it's better if you diversify your portfolio and simply choose both. As of now, both are giving newcomers optimal entry-points, especially if you're going for a long-term holding plan. You can invest on both since both cryptocurrency is really promising. This two has a good long-term potential since both are widely use by investors, traders and developers. Most ICOs use ethereum platform, and most altcoins are either ethereum or bitcoin paired.

I think bitcoin still become the best choice to invest, even market still in red zone this is the right coins to replace money. Eth is also good but this time has bad price moving action because only have little demand. Use long term period and only 20% - 30% from your money to invest, never forget about stop loss.

My conclusion for your observation wouod be that there are more speculators with ethereum more than bitcoin. Bitcoin is widely used and better received worldwide compare to ethereum but the ICO favourite platform is ethereum platform ,that should explain why there are more speculators with ethereum more than bitcoin!

I would suggest you go like 60%-70% of your portfolio on bitcoin and get it while they are still cheap, lol. As for ETH, there's a lot of factors that caused the price to really lost almost 90% now. One parameter that experts are looking is that most of the projects who became successful in the first 6 months decided to sell off their ETH to cover their production cost. And this cost a lot of panic and then a massive sell-off follows that really put the price to 2 digit mark. But it's not too late as I have said, both of them are really good for long term invested so buy now before the price goes on a bull run again.
