For example, if a guy want to pawn his mobile phone, he will give it to the shop and get Pawncoins for this, is this correct?

I wanted to bring up another benefit of mining on a p2pool.  Sure lots of people talk about DDOS resistant and immediate payments, but I think there is something even better about p2pools.

How many of you have been frustrated in the past because it took you a while to find a solid "pool" that paid out quickly and didn't get crushed by traffic... so you jumped from pool to pool trying to find something that would fit what you want.  But each time you jump pools you start spreading out your earnings and each pool operator takes a cut from your multiple pool jumping... and sometimes you never even get paid out.

Well with P2Pools, you can set up multiple p2pools as failovers in case anything happens to one node.  Your miner will automatically jump to the next live node and you never lose any of your earnings.  What happens on one p2pool node also happens on all the other p2pool nodes.  So mining on a p2pool is like mining on a pool that has many many servers all with the same user-base. You are tracked by your payout address, so you will always get ALL your hashing power paid out.

The trick is to find the closest p2pool to you so you have the most hashes count as valid for you.  The closer you are to a node, the better it is for you.

So.... just set these in your cgminer (or whatever us use) list of failover pools
