During global crises the capital always trying to be safe and not to lose value. This is why gold, silver are so popular as investments during crises. Cryptocurrencies  could  take over that role in the future as well.

As it stands now, fiat money is somehow consider as the backing bone of cryptocurrencies. So if the world is in an economic crisis, it will definitely have a huge impact on cryptocurrency. The market volume and cap of the top cryptocurrencies will experience some kinda drastic fall in its numbers.

The main thing is that at the time of the financial crisis, there was no next crisis in the crypto currency itself, otherwise there will be no new users and an influx of money, but if everything goes well, it can be very interesting and profitable for those who already own coins

When global financial crisis , usually stocks market will crash and Gold will bullish and for Bitcoin also will bullish because BTC is gold 2.0, many investor will choose asset that have limited supply like gold and BTC to safe their value of investment from inflation of fiat.

If a world economic crisis really occurs, I don't think cryptocurrency will survive. Because they are closely related to each other.

I think it all depends on the news background, if people see good news and rising prices in the cryptocurrency market, then most likely they will invest their money, which means that the cryptocurrency market will grow.

I think there are not so many options, either due to the global crisis, people will deposit money into the cryptocurrency in order to save their assets, or vice versa will withdraw money from the crypto market due to the general fall in prices.
