Hmm.. well if what you mean is that he was sarcastically describing his father, in the military, as an "aid worker", that'd be pretty interesting (although his profile includes a USMC pic, kind of counterintuitive if you're bashing the US armed forces) ... but it still doesn't really compute.  So his Dad disappeared and the Cambodian mother emigrated to the res based on the absentee Dad's (claimed?) tribal identity?
