it is a pity these hackers most times are not being caught. Someone will just come from nowhere and move away with all your investment all in the name of hacking. am so sorry for what you lost, we all need to be extremely careful with the way we handle our details or informations. also mind the kind of links you click, lots of scam links everywhere

I've warned people for years not to use blockchain.info but they still do. What can you do. Sorry for your loss. Learn from this mistake like I did years ago.

Am sorry for your loss but it is never safe to buy on blockchain, it will be better you purchase tokens on exchanges rather, because it is safer.

So sorry to hear this, it could have been prevented that's why I advocate 2FA for any exchange you have funds in. It does take a lot to hack your account, your email and your 2fa app.

transactions are irreversible, sorry to say, but you should really start using strong password and use 2FA in future.
That's right because from 2017 until now and up to now it is still a lot of hackers who want our assets. so what we have to do is strengthen the security of our assets very funny if someone still underestimates the security of the wallet. several times my wallet was almost hacked. I don't know how they can know my wallet password. but fortunately they can't enter because I still use 2fa in my wallet.

0.71 BITCOIN is a decent amount and it your lost. I feel sorry for you but if you will check your statement you are protected. 2FA is very important on any account especially in cryptocurrency. Check your computer- be careful, you need to have your computer for crypto alone if possible.

Good for you that you already activate your 2fa because if not maybe you lost all your balance. Well for me im not a fan of 2fa's and believe it or not , i dont ever try it on all of my wallets and online accounts . i dont ever experience to get hack so far because i know what im doing or dealing with . Blockchain on the other hand is also a good wallet with concrete security but i dont get it why would someone got hacked or lost their accounts . maybe they are dumb enough to give their password and other important details online .

well sorry about your loss. this happens on a regular basis. i guess we just need to be more careful with whatever we do online before these hackers do something terrible to us. just be ectremely careful with your information
It is very difficult to safe guard our self from the hackers these days. The hackers are always looking for new ways to hack our coins and wallet. These days there are so may virus which may stole private key from your system (As it happen in the case of OP). Also i have known virus which will change your destination address to the hacker defined address, when you try to send money from one wallet to another.

I agree that 2fa using in everywhere is also risky as some sites 2fa also gives problem. It is much better to take full care of security then you wont need 2fa. Dont use your wallets in the systems which you use daily so that even if you get hacked your wallet are safe as it is stored in offline system. This is the best way of keeping secure your important materials and wallets. The main reason behind OP or any user getting hacked due to using same password in all places so hackers identifies and uses it and hacks it. So it is important to use only useless password in other dummy sites and use good password for important places and dont use same password in all places go for different password for each accounts which will save you if anyone account gets hacked other will be safe.

Well i guess there's really no fool-proof way to be safe from hackers since they evolve and get better in time as well. Still, it's better to know that you've done the best security measures for your money. It's the most you can do anyways.

Tamercome Dec 13, 06:06 EST i did not send anything but i found Sent From 1DaYsP2oeDGgbQGaRX9PiXowzsLPu8uQjT To 1FBWCQQ5BBzJRU6YfaQ1MJJA5rbtoujUuA Value When Sent $2,480.42 please help me
Paula (Blockchain) Dec 13, 10:13 EST Hello, I'm very sorry to hear about this. You may have some type of malware on your computer that resulted in your funds being stolen because your private information was somehow obtained. One of the most common types of these are browser extensions posing as bitcoin price tickers that are actually stealing your account information. There's also the possibility that you visited a phishing site posing as Blockchain. We've also heard of computer viruses that detect when an address is in your clipboard, and replace the one you wanted to use with an address controlled by this malicious party. By design, Blockchain never has access to users' accounts or funds. If you keep your password and private key backups secure, then your funds are always safe with us. Since this information has been compromised, be sure to never use this wallet or any addresses contained within it. I'd also highly advise against using the same password again. I'm truly sorry that you had funds stolen from you. That certainly is an extremely frustrating experience. If you’d like to learn more about how our wallet works, please visit: https://www.blockchain.com/learning-portal/wallet-faq.
There have a lot of wallet on an online platform and never stored your asset only wallet. Day by day hacker uses a different way to collect your data or private histories like as fake mail or phishing site or an adult pic or using fake antivirus that we download from the internet without purchase. There has no strong security on the online platform so anytime we lost our asset like as i was lost my everything when etherdelta hack and never refund. So try to use 2fa and never stored any large amount only one wallet.

This is a very unpleasant situation. Unfortunately, nothing can be done and your money will not be returned. I think you will draw conclusions from this situation and will continue to be more careful.

Time to move on and make it as a lesson for you and for everybody. It is so sad that you can't get your money back. Many were being hack also but they can manage to stay strong and still in crypto world. Just be like them and next time you'll be more careful with your account.

I think you have every right to protect your wallet not blockchain.com to do cos they never have any details of yours in their profile and every login details are with you as the real owner which show you have compromise your details or it link to external person which must have used it to stole your fund and not blockchain fault as their site was not hack but your own account and not every body using g blockchain.

Isn't about be careful, is about to be smarter than the hackers. If we have our founds to save money then blockchain.com isn't the best place to hold our btc. So, users should learn more about cold wallets and hardware wallets, that way their founds would be more secure

There nothing to do with it but learned form it and move forward. Change your account wallet for next transactions. It is tiring to know that all of your effort payment is just stole in just a moment. Many hackers lives who are waiting for there victims that are careless.

mayba your pc have got viruss. i think for safe you should put the account in just one pc and don'r do any thing except trading
I also experienced something like this, and of course I believe that the PC that I have does not have a virus. but, I think, I entered a phishing site. well, it has a slightly different name. all you can do is, 1. Install another Windows 2. Install / upgrade your best antivirus 3. clear the chance for your browser, or reinstall (the browser can be the source of the problem) 4. Scan all data on the PC with an antivirus. 5. Create a new email, or update all your data. 6. use another ip to log in to the internet.
