I can give you one example. Breeders of pets usually want confirmation about purity of the race of the pet. Petchains can validate the certificate for your pet, and also things like health records and so on. But petchains has more functionality then that.

They base their volume of tokens on the number of pets in the world I believe.

Lock is not provided. But tokens will be distributed by the adviser at the end of May, and tokens will be added to the stock exchange in February.
