# 22. March 2019 Update agent + dashboard

We changed a lot in the internals of the agent. One change which has been added is, that AMD overclocking now shortly stops mining before applying changes.
This should help with some crashes caused by overclocking and running miner.

We also completly redesigned the overclocking dialog within the dashboard. Its now better optimized for mobile and also lets the user choose
which parameters should be touched by the agent and which one should be left alone. You also have the choice of using the sliders or text input.

Another change is that we switched servers for downloading miner software, which allows us to check if a redownload of an already existing file on the rig is actually needed or not.
Old server is still used as fallback.

* Updated agent to 2.7.2
* Optimized overclocking on AMD

* Added possibility to enable hardware/bios based fan management per AMD GPU
* You now can override per GPU the targetTemperature to use. You still need to enable fan-management on your rig.

We do not use any external tools, we have our own optimization. Memory tweak tool is just a tool it does nothing if you don’t have the correct sets. Our solution is complete and its called “MMP Smart Tune”.
The current position of “Tune factor” is set to “high”.

does your OS support nicehash? not found BTC wallet

Wallets per coin are algorithm based. Choose your coin that matches the algorithm you want to mine and set BTC wallet to it by naming it for example: Grin-Nicehash
Then setup pool according nicehash requirements and configure your mining profile choosing the miner that serves your needs, assign miner profile to your rig and if no configuration errors all should be ok.

Hi all,
It seems that we forgot to announce/document new feature on boot and failure and this confused some of our users.
Since base version 2.7.22 there are two notifications using built in pc speaker.
On Boot: 2 short high frequency beeps and 1 longer high frequency beep to announce successful boot of your rig.
On Failure: When miner triggers reboot via reboot.sh/watchdog.sh 2 short low frequency beeps and 1 longer lower frequency beep.
If you are annoyed with this, please do share your thoughts on this. Should we move that to custom choosable option in settings.ini or leave default?

Added support for NBminer and NoncerPro api
Added support for latest AMD drivers available in unstable. You can now use ROCm with Polaris on x16 riser connected on at least x4 slot! It speeds up lolMiner 0.7.1 with ~25% on BeamHash.
