2019 may be a bad year too, I can't believe that crypto can recover in 2019, and I am even pessimistic that altcoins may never return to ATH 2017.
Honestly, altcoins are too many scams. I haven't seen any new things created by altcoins. They haven't triggered any new technological revolution. All the ideas are just on their white papers and did not take a step toward the actual action.

I think the year, 2019 will witness significant changes in the world of crypto. The major change is institutional investors pouring into cryptocurrency. Regulations will strictly in place. The year we are about entering is going to be a year with new things entirely. I have even noticed that there will be more of regulated projects such as STO in 2019 and even some ICOs might be regulated and this will serve as basis for stability in the crypto space.
