Nah, it falls back again to 13 billion market capitalization. But I guess when the fork is near, it will be bullish for a moment, just wait for it.

I think when anything becomes a new trend like ICO in 2017, ETH will come back. In my opinion, ETH is still king of alts like it is.

It is only a matter of time before Ethereum rises in price and I expect that rise to come during the next bull phase of the market. What shows more for ETH at the moment is that it is rising without the Bitcoin influence so that is more impressive for me.

That's too much. ETH had lost the 2nd position for a longer time and it seems it will regain the possition very soon. But you can't compare ETH with BTC for that reason. BTC is still having 51% domination in the market while I barely think ETH is more than 1%.

It will need more time, the problem is many people blames eth for the scam ICO, so it will need more time to get the second rank position, because the xrp got a good back support, I believe one day eth will be back to the second place, because the eth seems like keep on closing the gap, but it surely going to need more time to get the second rank, but for beat down btc become the leader it still so far away

Ethereum showing now positivity, this year 2019 would probably a good year for ethereum since it has a potential and also good for future investments. I also think that it is too much ethereum to be called as a king of altcoins, but every ethereum holders hopes so.

It's a great news that the Ethereum is starting to recover from loss but for me it's not since I didn't invest while the ethereum is in its lost.

Technically speaking Ethereum is really the King of altocoins in the market, why? Most of the tokens and coins in the cryptomarket are ERC-20 which means it came from the Ethereum lol so no matter what's the price of altcoin and Ethereum. Ethereum is still the king.

Iam not even sure if ethereum would make themselves as a leader since bitcoin is still number one because you know what, bitcoin wont change until now.

a few weeks ago I was also sure that sooner or later ethereum would return to second place. and now we can see ethereum recovering and trying to take over its position again.

Well with upcoming soft upgrade of ethereum 2.0 I think its possible to reclaim the second post on coinmarketcap and many are saying it will lose its stand because of the POS upgrade I think its not that bad and it might get better

Not so soon, I guess, because I think ripple won't stay quiet without any counter to defend the position in the market. I think the fans of ripple will moves and will defense or if necessary, ripple will increase the cap higher so ethereum cannot moves and take the ripple places. It's interesting to see the battle between ripple and ethereum and I am curious with the last result in this year. Could ripple stay at the second position or it replace again with ethereum?

We can’t look only at capitalization, we all know that it takes the second place after Bitcoin. Yes, soon after updating the ETH will return to second place.

Ethereum is indeed much admired by supporters and devotees. I also agree that ethereum is the king of altcoin. And it can't be replaced by other altcoins like waves, Ripple and others. Ethereum now indeed shows that he is the king of altcoin that is very much admired, one of them like me.

Doesnt matter what price or market cap Ethereum gains.
As long as its usage is intact then we wont have any problem about the price going up.

Ethereum positions are still strong. But XRP is developing more actively than ETH. If ETH ceases to stand still, and progress will be shown, it is possible that XRP will be removed from the second position.

ETH is very strong but still XRP is dominating as the king of alts, there is lot of expectation for ethereum pump as the hard fork might happen in this month so let's wait and see how it goes. If things goes well then I am sure ethereum will regain its position as king of alt coins.

I personally believe that Ethereum will take back the second place and the top of the alt coin market once we started to see a bull run next year. There's the fork in January so it's really doable. But my main concerned is that it should be sustainable and investors should pour their money again so that it will gain the confidence and more speculators will purchase Ethereum even more.

We really hope that ETH will be raised in price, because it must be the second project in the cryptocurrency world. Today it is important for the whole microeconomics, but for some reason this does not happen. Need to understand this.
