You all know, Ethereum has lost its value so much and lost its market place. XRP has taken number #2

And now, Ethereum is so close to taking back its place. (Possibly it'll take today or tomorrow)

What do you think? I think Altcoin will move after ETH?

I do not understand what is the practical use of the place in the rating of coins by capitalization for Ethereum?
Investors Ethereum much more important how much is the coin itself. Only their income depends on it.

I have this feeling that the spot is going to be hotly contested by Ethereum and Ripple although Ripple has a short stay but this is a big achievement for them and they always work for to get the second spot again, this is something to watch this 2019.

Yeah, they are really working hard to take that spot and maybe in the future more coins will join the party and have a good competition with other coins. ETH is good, and hopefully it will stay on that position and continue to develop its own technology this is a great year for most of the altcoins and yeah ETh will lead them.

It was only matter of time when will ETH take back the second position on CMC. 2018 was a bad year for ETH without development news and upgrades. 2019 starts with development updates and the price of ETH should increase and start recovering to the previous levels.

Yes, I hope that in 2019 this will be the year of the rise of Ethereum, so ETH will be back to accompanying Bitcoin to the 2nd position of CMC, because Ethereum will do a lot of updates this year, hopefully it can increase ETH prices.

I hope so, because in my opinion Ethereum is too oversold and now few days before the hardfork happens people are buying more and more. After the hardfork the market should go up and start the next bull run.

We don't need to care about the war between Ethereum and Ripple. In fact, whether it is Ethereum or Ripple who is in second place, this can't change the current bear market, and it will have little impact on the whole market, except the holders of Ethereum /Ripple.
