even realizing that you are already gradually doing the same thing over and over again.You will continue to say that you aren't addicted but you are already spending too much money.

I agree.There are really those people who claimed that they are not addicted gamblers without realizing that they have spent too much money for gambling.Addiction can really be stopped if the gambler itself choses it to happen.He should be fully motivated to stay away from gambling and that he should not gamble again.This is only hard in the beginning but as soon as you  are used already not to gamble,then it would be easy for you to stop gambling addiction.

They want to quit but they will never take time for finding procedures for quitting. Just simply thinking about changes will not help anyone but they must prefer it by their heart so that they will start working on that to make that happening in real life. As it is really a hard part to make them working, no gambler is giving importance for bringing chances but simply sticking with gambling.

Yeah if it's become a habit it will be difficult to erase. the desire must be accompanied by effort. if you don't try to find the right way

Yeah, these tips are need to be applied in order to succeed and the application is really harder to do than just reading it. It all depends on you and your will power in the end. Yes its hard but once you finnish it, you can be thankful that you quit one of the most dangerous addiction of all. Just try it at first then try and try until you succeed.

It's indeed difficult, but if we have high intentions it will certainly be able to be done as well as assisted with many things that can support to stop gambling.
On me, seems I won't quit on this I guess, so far it still not harmful for me, I'm still made gambling such as another side to getting fun and not addicted because no need for a long time to play gambling in some gambling sites.

Not sure what you are talking about. I guess its about quitting gambling. To be honest, its easier to write "How to quit gambling" then to do actually do it. You can't just "WANT" to quit and stop forever. There is a reason why it is addiction, you don't want to do it but you still do it.
You just can't go cold turkey when trying to quit. You will need some help. Better to take help from someone else regarding this matter.

Most real addict simply aren't able to quit by themselves and these sorts of guides usually have the opposite effect.

They'll read something like this and think: Oh I can just quit by myself, I don't need professional help.

Then they'll just trick themselves into thinking it will get better, as long as they try hard enough.
Usually it's just not as simple as that.

Op you have made my day.  This is not just in gambling but in all facets of live.  If you really want to quite any addict you have to become very serious about your decision.  Many people are failing in breaking the hard habit like gambling or porn because of lack of seriousness to break it.  I think we should not just jump into gambling if there is no plan on the way out.

Gambling is not the crime so we cannot be arrested on the basis that we are addicted to it. Yes, there are places in the world where gambling is considered as a sin, only in those places anyone can be arrested on gambling.
Quiting gambling is not easy as it depends upon one will and noone else can do it except ourself.

Not all addicts are good people because most addicts are not addicted to gambling but rather they are addicted to illegal and dangerous drugs .  after they got really high of course they will get out of their minds and do fatal crimes  like murder , rape , hold uping , kid napping and others...

These are the main reason on why police will arrest addictcs  . not only arresting but they do kill it upfront .

But if you are only addicted to gambling , there is no need to worry about because no one will harm you  .

You need to have  Plan so that you can be quit gambling if you really want to do that. But maybe it's hard because if your habit is playing gambling it's not easy to quit they have process on that like the other. I love the concept of arresting addict to stop their addiction totally,sometimes people need a force to help them get over addiction,just like in drugs in which people are not intentionally got involved but we put them in jail.so why not do this in gambling addicted?theres alot of cases that an gambling addict engaged in crimes .like what happen in manila philippine year ago in where a gambler killed many people and bring to fire the casino hotel

In my country gambling is categorized as a crime, for those who are caught gambling they will be taken by the police and imprisoned. And maybe only those who use online gambling will never be arrested, but for developing countries there are only a few people who understand technology.

In some countries, gambling is not prohibited. Obviously, this causes certain parties not to have the authority to arrest the gambling addicts because gambling addict is really not a crime.

I may have some addition for the OP also, you can give your money to your mom and told her that even if you want it back dont dare to give you even if just a single penny though moms are always strict when itcomes to money. But if you dont have any Mommy, I suggest to find one

And second thing if you cant find any get yourself a wife. And if still nothing because you're way too ugly inside and outside of your personality I suggest you to get a rope hang it on the tree, leave your belongings and money together with a note "I'm quitting gambling" then after that hang yourself into the rope
