This has been happening for quite some time now and many have been victims. Most times they easily deceive those who are new to cryptocurrency or investments of all sorts in the crypto space.
People need an avenue for the right orientation. Most especially on how to know the type of coin to invest in through simple analysis.

The more the crypto market gains in popularity, the more fraudulent projects appear on it that deceive ordinary people to steal their money. This is very bad, because fraudsters kill investor confidence in new projects.

With so many coins like that listed on scam sections of this forum, investors are wiser now, but those early creators of those coins have made money before they are caught, we really need to guard our money investing on this strange project, ICO is very much diluted with scam ICO.

therefore do not easily believe in the sweet promises offered without you knowing what the background is like. I am sure the bounty hunters are now smart in determining the projects that will be done later in order to get the results as expected beforehand.

How is this possible if the new tokens are fake or substandard? Probably only Minor/fake exchanges are listing them or something. By the way, what do you mean by "using it to defraud people"?
