kidcoin i would be interested in helping out with the twitter account. i know some good techniques for getting exposure on twitter too. free x amount of coins with retweet would probably work. minimum x amount of followers stipulation on it perhaps. you can follow a lot, and then unfollow the people that don't follow you back. you can get away with doing that like 800 people a day, but you can get temp flagged and temp banned so i would say keep it under 100 a day, shouldn't have any problems.

There are now 2 twitters: https://twitter.com/fluttercoin and https://twitter.com/fluttercoins. I think it is best just to use one or update both at the same time.

What miner is everybody using, I am trying to get this started on sgminer 4.0 but for some reason it is not working.

Here is my batch:

setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1

setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
sgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://flt.bitember.com:3361 -u x.x -p x --expiry 1 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --failover-only -I 13 -w 256 -g 2 --thread-concurrency 8192 --gpu-engine 1000 --gpu-memclock 1500 --temp-target 76 --temp-overheat 85 --temp-cutoff 90 --auto-fan --gpu-fan 60-90

CGminer 3.1.2 here, and no problems.

Scrypt. It will be between 500M until 1B Huh¿

It's difficult to determine with Proof of Block.

Scrypt. It will be between 500M until 1B Huh¿

It's difficult to determine with Proof of Block.

It' 500 million to 5 billion
  • There is no maximum number of coins, proof of work for the first 7 years is roughly a minimum 500 million and maximum 5 billion.

a max amount of coins is totally irelevant ... most PoW coins will never reach the point where there are no new coins mined...
Whats important is the amount of coins that are around and at what rate this amount is growing - thats it

This Fluttercoin is really interesting.

I think we all getting sick of those clone coins popping out everyday, thanks for bringing something new!
Will keep watching this one really close, already looks like a winner.

Having Bter as a 1st Exchange is impressive!

Congrats for the innovation and for the support.

Very well said. Its what I've been thinking in my mind the last few days, but too excited about the coin to clearly type that out!
