why do not find 12076 block??

no. 12075 block find 1 hour ago..

I think we're still using the "old code" until block 12,400. So we'll sit through the same type of stalls until then... when 12,400 hits, i would imagine it switches over to the (hopeful) fixes....

So nothing is wrong at this point, we're just stuck with the old code for a while longer.

What if BTER does not update?
Pretty sure they have guy was downloading the code last night around midnight CST...

So, all problems are solved with this update? Did you ask Bter to add FLT by the way? They usually don't add coins this fast, so they really see the potential in flutter.
I would love to have FLT on Mintpal.

I think bter adding it was a surpise to the Dev. It happened really soon after mining started. It made the hashrate spoke up really quickly, and that's right when we started having the long stuck blocks problems.

Can someone help me understand what the block time of this coin is based on? All I'm reading is that it's "random" proof-of-work. Does that mean it can be anything between 1 second and infinite, or is there a limit? And if so: what is that limit?

Also, did I understand correctly that the fork will introduce a maximum block time of 6 minutes?

@DEV

You should put something about mandatory update in the subject of the post like other coins, so people know about the updates they need.

2 minutes...  Long blocks are due to other issues.  This is part 1 of the update part 2 will come in the following weeks barring issues, and will add some addition needed items.

The fork corrects blocks being stuck mainly in pools.

In the meantime:

PoB.. could you explain that a bit more @ dev?
Whats happening here?

I thought it would be like.. if i send someone 10 FLT it COULD happen that he receives 100.

This is why i set my auto payout in the pools to 100 FLT hoping that there will be a PoB Block in between.
Am i missing something? ^^

From what I understand. The PoB is not mined until after the transaction has already been accepted into a previous block. The sender would receive the PoB reward, not the receiver.

I think both sender and receiver get the POB reward. The amount sent must be over 500 coins. If it were lower, people could constantly send coins to themselves trying to hit a reward

Yep. there are no transactions listed for me anymore either, so I am not sure how many coins there were exactly. It wasn't a crapload so I am not too upset.

Also, I did a manual payout from Bitember pool a few hours ago and it has yet to get any confirmations on the network. I am pretty sure these are coins from before the fork.

There are definitely some problems with this coin today. I hope they can get resolved.

The issue with "stuck blocks" still exists, and will till we reach block 12400 (iirc). Currently no new block has been found for approx. 3 hours, so all transactions within that window will show as unconfirmed.

If you have a pending transaction, it'll go through when the blocks start moving again. I had a transaction stuck all day, but since we unstuck for a while it went through, got all the confirms, etc.
