Are we going too fast? Difficulty is at 90+ already.
I think we will experience a huge pump then dumped to the ground - like all innovative new coins.

Its only on Chinese exchange at minute too (atleast i think bter is chinese?) What happens when it moves to a more widely used exchange like cryptsy or mintpal.
It gets dumped on a massive scale by the miners, who panic sell into lowball buy walls. Then the coin loses a ton of value, but if you're lucky it gets pumped and dumped... maybe more than once. Then it dies usually. It's a shame because the miners truly dictate the price in this scenario, but generally have weak hands, enabling this to play out time and time again.

I don't think it will be a pump and dump. I think people will actually use this coin to buy shit. Might as well make payments using this coin since at least you get a chance to receive a random reward. Any coin that has something new is worth giving a chance.

And to reiterate I have 5% of all mined coins, and I'm going to hold for a long time. I believe just me stating that might encourage other large coin holders to keep their coin long term too.

Yeah I'm holding too although you had like 10x my hashrate so me dumping would be like a fart in the wind compared to you dumping.

Guys I can guarantee this coin will not be pumped and dumped like other coins. Why you ask? Early mining was pretty difficult and there wasn't a huge instamine that happens with every new coin. Also in addition to seattletu holding 5% of coin supply long-term I know that myself personally and everyone on our Fluttercoin Development Team combined holds another 15%-20% of total supply and that will not be getting sold anytime soon. So go ahead and sell early if you feel it's necessary... Your hurting nobody but your own bottom line

http://flutterchain.us/I made a fluttercoin explorer with current USD price and market cap. Will be updating it periodically. Should have address lookup and such very soon. We are actually already #70 if we get added to coinmarketcap if my calulations are correct. 60 million coins at current BTer price of 0.00000373 and a BTC price of $ 613.31 puts us around $140,000. That would be somewhere between 70 and 80, which I think is impressive for a coin that is under the radar. To get it posted on coin https://coinmarketcap.com/, we need: Criteria for a coin to be added: Must be a cryptocurrency Must be traded on a public exchange that is older than 30 days and with an API available. Must have a public URL that displays the total supply (total mined so far). So maybe if we add the total supply to explorer.fluttercoin.us/block_crawler.php, then we'd meet the criteria.

Price and difficulty will keep rising. It was only about 8 hours ago that the coin had the successful fork. People will be hearing about it and hopping on board in waves still.

Put me in the list of supporters that are in this coin for the long term, I'll be holding my 850,000.

Bad luck (200+ %) and low hashrate (78MH/s) leading to longer rounds Est. Avg. Time per Round (Pool) 1 hour 22 minutes 36 seconds

Just some variance - please come and help us with a bit more hashrate so we can get cracking the blocks more often, however we've still averaged a block every 15 minutes over the past 24 hours (and that includes the period before the fork with lots of long, stuck blocks). Help decentralize the FLT network and spread the hashrate around for the security of the blockchain - don't let this become another coin where huge pools dominate the hashrate and it becomes in danger of a 51% attack: https://flt.crunchharder.net
