Whats up with CrunchHarder pool? My balance has been the same for over an hour now? Switched over to Cloudminers and theirs is working fine.

A hour is not really fair to give to a pool to see if its working for you, a block can take much longer than a hour to find, making you have 0 balance until a block is found.

I say we don't encourage the voting to get on various exchanges. For one it clogs threads up, and for two it just sucks begging exchanges to add a coin. If an exchange wants to add fluttercoin that's great, but I don't think we should beg for it, in the form of votes or in the form of bitcoin donations. Its the principal of it. Guys please tell me if my reasoning is flawed.

I say we just point everyone to bter.com since they added us without any of us asking them. Reward them for believing in this coin early.

We aim to maintain the steady consistent growth that FLT has been showing and not have this coin used as a pump and dump scheme. Not many altcoins have provide innovation and posses an active community/developers like we do. Exchanges, payment processors, merchants, etc. will inevitably come as they start to see the level of true support FLT has and not just people supporting it because "its going to the moon."

Can you explain the "Proof-of-Block" a little more? I don't get it? You can get coins when you make transactions? Or am I misunderstanding? Couldn't you just endlessly send coins to your self?

You could endlessly send coins to yourself sure, but fees would eat up your funds, its based on addresses in the previous block converted to a hex format, a snippet of that address then used to search the previous block hash for matches, if there is a match the address receives part of the mining subsidy.  Its not very easy to have a match.  Because of this, there is additional checking the verifies the coinbase transactions including address, value, size etc further securing the blockchain and eliminating the possibility of disabling the functionality.

Could you maybe make a video explaining this coin? Remember not all of us are that smart. So, explain it like you are telling a child about how it work.
