Hi All,

I am considering selling off some equipment.  6 7850 cards that I have been running at 415 K each (1200 , 1200, i 16) for the last 2 months.  Rock solid at these settings.  Can go past 460K stable as long as you have proper cooling.  I use risers and mother nature to keep cards cool.  Highest temps are 65 on the cards seated on the motherboard.  outside riser cards run at ~ 40c .   inside risers ~50-60.

Power draw fuctuates based on temp.  Max draw per card ~ 130watts.  Using a killawatt so the measurement is an approximation.

Let me know if interested.

Thanks.

I think as the fork approaches the price will rise. Seems like this happens to many coins.
Forks are always a good time to push to the next level price wise. And the large buyers might
have the same plan.

or you could mine hirocoin during the summer if you're done with flutter/scrypt mining. drawing 1/2 watts compared to scrypt, 60 degrees temperature instead of 85, and triple kh.

ps: I also bought 1btc in flt last days, loving FLT and POT (wow). Much innovation.

Update on our giveaway!
We decided to prolong the time, but in addition, we'll also double the amount of users who will receive a bonus payout.  This way more users are rewarded for mining with us.

The top 20 block finders until 17/04 will each be given an additional 100 FLT each.

You can visit our pool here: http://flutter.speedminer.org

Very stable pool.  Steady payouts checked every minute, Payout after 112 confirms (lower then other pools).

I had the block 15553 problem even after deleting everything but conf and wallet files and redownloading the blockchain. Tried .conf posted by thekidcoin to no avail. Using newest wallet version.

Issue resolved by deleting all but .conf and wallet.dat, restarting comp, renamed .conf to fluttercoin.conf (not sure if this filename matters or if just file extension and location do. couldn't find answer with brief google, anyone know?) and redownloading blockchain again.

This is the only coin I've mined other than a bit of litecoin from a pool to learn the very basics. I'm not sure if what I did would/could have fixed the issue, but it might be worth a try if you're still stuck.

edit: Also remembered I hadn't changed rpcuser and rpcpassword to username and password until the final time I tried downloading the blockchain. Not sure if that matters either...

the conf must be named fluttercoin.conf...

I'm having the 15553 problem as well, and cannot get past it using the three nodes thekidcoin suggests enforcing, because they drop my connection every single time so I suspect my client was "misbehaving". Sending you a PM with my IP number, thekidcoin, hoping you can remove the ban so I can sync past 15553.

Thanks for your input.  Cooling won't be a problem in the summer.  My reason for selling is to try out some more powerful cards and what tweaking will bring for K per watt.

top address at 50 million. That's 55%. dang! what is going on?!! o___O

I'm hoping/thinking that is an exchange wallet. With all the people struggling with their personal wallets, I wouldnt be surprised if people are keeping their FLT on their exchange wallets.

I'm loving the X11 algorithym. The lower temperatures and wattages is a huge win! The whole hashrate increase thing is kind of a moot point, it increases for everyone so it doesn't really matter.

Also, good luck on the sale of your cards bullgates. Wish I could take them off your hands!
