Among thousands of new projects , sometimes your efforts is also just zero. Your reward will depend on the project that you participated and it is true to what you said, see how lucky you are

I understand this problem and I have been a victim. I was cheated on some projects and we really couldn't find a good opportunity.
We can only wait for the market to grow again and serve new ICO projects so they can pay us faster. When the market is at the bottom, they will often cheat us.

Since there are no legit way to earn so easily rather than joining the bounty though. If you goin' to be bounty manager, there already so many bounty managers.

Hardworking might change its form in this bear market but what i know is that when you are hardworking that does not equal to getting substantial reward but if you totally let go off hardwork you will surely gain nothing.

MenaPay - Crypto made easier than cash

Unfortunately, even bounty hunters were also a victim of scam projects and we can also be blamed by the investors for that since we support the project. Participating to an ICO bounties nowadays is not that worth of attention and time to spent with since you are not fully guaranteed if you will be paid or not depending on the outcomes. That is why we should take a closer look and research before joining the campaign.

Sure, hard work is important in life, as is a bit of luck, but so is using your brain so that your hard work isn't wasted.
Tell me, suppose in real life, a person came to you and said "I want you to do some work for me. Do the work and I promise to pay you when I say the job has ended. I will give you something you can sell which I say will then be worth money".
You have never met this person before, none of your family or friends know them, they may not even give you a real name or address for themselves. You don't understand the project he wants you to work on apart from what he tells you, and there is no legal contract of employment.
Would you do the work?

This is what "bounty hunters" should ask themselves. They should research the project that is offering future payment in new tokens and if they don't understand what it's about, why should they work for it? Or if they do, who will listen if they don't get paid?
Crypto is a new and complex part of life.
Learning and understanding should come first, not spreading spam and crap on social media on behalf of projects which are useless or scams, in the hope that some token or coin might be worth something.

Think first, learn, understand, then work.

It's only about 'luck' if you are bounty hunting to dump for profit.  The liquidity in the crypto sphere is low.  In case anyone has not noticed, the federal reserve has been tightening the money supply into an economic slowdown.  Heck, even the big stock markets are suffering from lack of liquidity right now.  These are all pure political, power plays staged by the elites.

These are not normal times.  The pressure is on from all sides to denigrate and blackwash crypto to the masses.  Couple all the negative sentiment with the severe lack of liquidity, and of course it can seem like bounties are paying less and less (really only measured in fiat.)

To help remove some of this stress, try viewing your stacks in terms of satoshis, or some other base unit of crypto.  The US dollar is sick.  Over-extended.  Reaching it's mathematical limits.

If ever there was a hyperinflated currency in world history, that currency is the current form of the US dollar - currently measured in the hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of TRILLIONS.

Think about that.  It's bordering on insanity.  No, wait.  IT IS INSANE!!

When a bounty hunter stumbles on a new project, they look to see what the maximum lifetime supply ever will be.  And when a new project announces a max cap of 1 trillion coins, it is immediately written off as a joke by the majority of bounty hunters.

The masses, with our help, are about to have their own 'realization' about the joke that is the dollar and by then you will begin to see the first rays of the dawn of crypto.

Today, the US dollar looks like Henry Cooper's left eye after boxing with Cassius Clay in 1963.  And when you think about it, it can be argued that the US dollar was already toast by 1963 as well.

Nostalgia is the only thing left holding up faith in the current world reserve currency.

Sometimes luck can give you a lot of things when it comes to money. We really need some luck with our life, but most of it is to be with hard work.

It depends on you. Why do you promote an ICO which is shit and scam? Can't you have some little research on an ICO before promoting that? I would save your time and a lot of people's money. We should promote the best one only.

the biggest problem is that now even managers are cheating bounty hunters. The problem does not end on projects.

The bounty market is not very friendly right now. A sure paying activity before is now full of scam and zero payment schemes. I think this is where proper research is important. Before joining bounty campaigns, be sure that the team running it has history of paying their participants.

hardwork and luck is always a compliment, people need to do some hardwork specially when joining bounty programs because the luck is always there when you join a bounty program because the chance that the team pay you is high meaning what would you gain if you dont do the task in the bounty program? The team will pay you at the end of the campaign but you can go back to do your task and get paid.

Yes bounty has really become something of luck instead of hard work... for the past few months... and I don't see bitcointalk devs doing anything about this..

Nowadays scam devs can just create a bounty thread.. and promote their scam with the use of needy hunters.. it's a shame

There are too many projects that are a copy of each other.... I drastically reduced time spent doing bounties now, 70% of time projects reveals scam or pay too less...

Hardworking will paid off if the project succeed, and sometimes you need luck to find a good project because as of today there are still so many suspecious project so you need to be careful joining the bounty. Not being paid is part of the ICO, its called risk and we cannot blame the project if they failed, just keep on looking for good ICO And go participate.

May I ask you a question? Look like you become a bounty hunter long time ago, Why don't use your real account to made the post? Some forum member help us to caught which project is fake and give them red trust to alert people avoid their post, of course there are too much scam project or don't pay what they promised, but bounty hunter must research before join the bounty campaign, if not no points to complaint anymore.

there is no denying that bitcointalk is the largest forum even though there are some rivals but people prefer to be here as well as investors, therefore developers use this forum as a promotional tool by creating bounty, because this is a place to gather investors, therefore, here the best and most accurate promotional facilities, but why are some developers intentionally making scam bounty? this really needs to be improved because the bounty hunter service is very big on the success of a project

Yes hardwork really pays but you need to consider that in bounty hunting nowadays, theres no assurance.
You need to explore more ways and other sources where your hardwork will be paid off.
