hard work doesn't always get maximum success but luck also contributes because we are in the crypto world where when a bounty hunter promotes the project every day and of course wants to get results that match this job and hope good luck is always in our project, while market conditions this time is not good.

We don't want luck we want to get paid for hardworking ,bounty that was once about how hardworking has now turn to 'how lucky you are' ,something must be done about this ,any ideas??? Since all devs makes use of Bitcointalk forum to advertise and draw people attention bitcointalk will Be the easiest strong wall standing between scammers and investors
Hardworking and luck must go together, we could all be hardworking but not lucky. In doing bounty hunting we all need to be hardworking and the luck should come along.

Nearly 70% of the bounty looks like a fraudulent project so you have to analyze it first before you join the bounty, a good bounty choice so you are paid commensurate with hard work

Your concern is genuine and I also agree with you on the matter. As the market is filled with also those on the look out for seizing opportunity to harness money even through illegal means. Reports say that many fake ICOs have fleeced investors and bounty hunters in the name of ICO. So to discourage and end such scam, regulators should be concerned with it and do the needful in taming it.

Hardwork pays Ofcours, but if you're hardworking and ran out of luck then your hardwork won't pay, it will be a time wasted, in life we need luck to succeed as well, "someone going to an interview will say wish me luck, you have an audition you say wish me luck" Grin
So i think both are very useful somehow, hardwork needs a bit of luck.

Things you do in this world , how successful you become depends on the grace that surrounds , it depends on how lucky and does not only have to do with hard work. That’s why sometimes you need to make use of your senses in working . If you’re the type that believes only on hard work, I’m not saying that you shouldn’t be working hard, but you need to apply knowledge.

Bounty hunters need to participate only in campaigns where they are paid in hard currency, such as Bitcoins or Ethereum, and then your earnings will not depend on luck.
People should be very careful on what they participate in. If you are the type of person that jumps into whatever you see without making research about it, all your hard work on that will end up in vain. Some people are hard working but stupid. They work hard on what’s wrong and not what’s right, and that’s why they chose the wrong project and after all their hard work they don’t get paid for it.

To some extent i feel hard work still pays because making necessary research before joining a project is part of hard work, also taking time to go through community feedback before making decision is also part of hard work and most time these helps a lot to choose good project.

I think new projects that have to come out with bounty then have to pay in dollars, or of course undergo a full check to pay in tokens but that they develop as a project !

i clearly understand the saying that hardwork pays better and not considering luck as a form of work or what it comes with but in my view, i will want to step  it up a little by saying it is best to so cpnsider smart work as that which pays more better than any other as it pays to work smart than to work hard.

Our destiny here in crypto world should be mixed with luck and hard work. We couldn't have luck alone without hard work. Sometimes, our fate depends on how we work hard for something. An eagerness to learn and dealing with the changes is a big advantage as well.

if such a system is implemented it may be that fewer campaigns will be held. ICO projects will be a little, but what is available is that they are really good. with so many hunter bounties I don't think it will be good.

The project team is the determinant of distribution. They always have a good reason to delay this. Please select campaigns managed by a group because it has a higher distribution capacity.

It has always been that those who work well and will get well, unless of course they are in the right direction to work, because today 90% of the money is the work of the brain brings, but at the expense of luck do not agree, there is also a factor, and sometimes luck brings very big and good fruits

Even though you work hard and use most of your time to join the bounty, but if the project you are following is a scam, then everything will be in vain. Research before doing your work.

You can maximize your "luck" by researching the projects you promote, you do bounty campaigns for. Don't just blindly join any campaign, instead you should spend some time on researching the team, the whitepaper, if the product/solution is actually going to have a use case and/or provide value to the underlying token, etc.

it is very annoying, and makes us work without the appropriate payment.
among so many bounty tokens, altcoins, ICOs.
only% 1-% 2 actually pays.
and the others are scams, fraudsters and liars.
