The Absolute best time to buy Bitcoin would have been back in 2010 (Not sure if anyone was selling in 2009)
Most of us missed it. Next best time is right now, and always will be right now.

I agree that the best time to buy more bitcoin is today due to the continuous deoppingvof its price. The advantage of buying in a very low price and low risk is there so I think we need to grab this opportunity of buying before the price rise up high and we ca not afford to buy it soon.

I guess we can't tell anyone to buy Bitcoin anymore. When we say things have improved, the price falls again.
