Most technical analysis says that the bear market would end by 2019 but you just can't end that without any valid reason. Assuming that there are tons of positive news upcoming to the market for this 1st quarter but it doesn't guarantee such movement ups.

No one can certainly tell or predicts if the market is going to improve this year 2019.  Many speculators said bitcoin is heading to $50,000 or $100,000 in 2018 but you can see were it is today.  I think cryptocurrencies is seriously in bearish condition and something fundamentals has to happen to push it from that condition.

Two years might be long and I believe this year we will see a good market again. Two years might be long and I believe this year we will see a good market again. 2018 is indeed one of the worst years. a lot of negative pressure occurs and it makes the price of the majority of the coin experience a drastic decline. even in 2018 too many projects failed. this is one of the worst years in the history of digital currencies.
