basically it's difficult to avoid this, because sometimes, there are some investors who sell bonuses that they have, or bounty hunters who sell massively the coins they get. that can be avoided when they pay bounty hunters using other coins, or USDT, well, that's what I think.

Investors who are at a sound mind would never dump their coins if the price is low, they only invest to loss if that is the case.
On the other hand, we cannot stop bounty hunters to sell, they need to cash out so they can sell at any price, although they dump but they are not happy with what they are getting as they are expecting a higher amount which should be the ICO price is the selling price.

Probably the only reasonable option is the introduction of staking.
Staked, mature coins are in need of profiting the holder more than those freshly bought.

İ doubt investors sell and dump prices more than bounty hunters. Bounty hunters don't care about development and their main goal is to make money as soon as possible.

The dump occur with practically useless ICO projects. Also bad marketing can be the reason of dump after listing.
If ICO's developers managers are smart and they want to support the project they should put a buy orders to avoid massive dump. The price could be below ICO price but not significantly

In fact it is very true. There is no working product for most ICOs so there isn't demand for the tokens being sold and it affects the price negatively. All those who hodl the coins are in for a promised profit but there is nothing t drive in more investors which causing more of tokens in circulation without a demand for it.
