Yes, as a rule, after listing the price falls tenfold. Many projects are now afraid to go to the stock exchange and take measures to avoid this. First of all, it is important for the project to have a ready and in-demand product, work was carried out, news was constantly published, the team was active in social networks. Under these conditions, if the price of the token falls it is not terrible, with the new growth of market capitalization it will begin to grow systematically and please its investors.
Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

i think it is very hard to avoid being dumped because the altcoin we invested sometimes are useless to other people and they will dump as soon as they already have enough profit, but this is time for anyone want along term investment and want to buy cheap altcoins when the price is dumped very low, we can easily have profit when the price increase.

I personally think that in order to prevent a dump after listing - it is necessary to remove the opportunity to sell certain coins on decentralized exchanges, such as Etherdelta before the main listing.

Only one way how to avoid dump after listing is by re investing and owner have ideas how to buy their coin after listing on exchange, its the way how to make price still higher and never dump after listing n exchange market.
if the coin you buy does have the ability to go back up. don't buy back on assets that you don't trust to get back up. because most of those who sell it are due to distrust of the development of the project carried out by the team.

To avoid dump, you better to avoid on buying ICO coins because most of them were having a big dump after they listing to a market or exchange. And avoid most of the pump and dump coin because the risk is very high.

Well, dumping can't be stopped after listing on exchanges, one thing they can do to lock the tokens for a certain period of time. When the situation is favorable they can list it.

for projects with good development there will certainly be growth that will occur in the value of their assets. but it definitely requires quite a long time for project development. we must be patient for that.

Devs. must be able to convince the coin holder that the project will continue to be good and profitable in the future, if devs. can convince investors that there will never be a dump, instead pump, for example we can learn from binance.

As you know when any coin or token comes in exchanges all investors selling at same time so if you see price is high than you should sold out urgent and if open at low than wait for high price

It's good to think that preventing these situations is locking tokens of bounty hunters to prevent dump price or dump bounty hunter this is what some bounty hunters do not know to hold especially if a coin is potent they sometimes do it even if they know that the price is very cheap but they still insist on selling they do not have the so-called patient and just dump they know the bounty hunter they are newbie called new member of the bounty so it avoids bounty managers and founders of the ico so as not to lose their investors.

In my opinion because of airdrop and bounty, and the best thing to do is most Devs. currently giving a bounty in stages, this is good so that it can give anyone time that the team is solid.

To avoid a real fall will only help to maintain the reputation of the project or to force the freezing of tokens, which today can be regarded as something awful. Decentralization today is the way out.

In order to answer this question you need to figure out what a dump is. A dump is a sharp drop in the price of an asset. A dump is a sharp drop in the price of an asset. Why does it occur? Because hodling becomes too risky. Obviously, in order to avoid price dumping, we need to reduce investment risks in the market. There are many ways to solve, but if to speak in a nutshell, when the trend of the market changes to upward, coin dumps will happen much less often.
