Valid reasons is everyone want to recover his fund by continue play gambling. That's the reason in my opinion. If someone have few fund and he lose on gambling then he always try to recover his capital. Its not just on gambling, same thing on trading also. Due to continue try recover fund then it become like a addiction. That's why people's continue play gambling even they lose. And he can't leave it easily.

I hope they know what they do in the gambling games and realize before it's too late. I think gambling has a strong poison that will attract people to play more and more because of the fun. People itself playing many games in gambling games, thinking that they can win some money because they hope that they have luck on that day. I like that idea, but in a way, not helpful to self and others. I think it's better to give back to the people instead of just claiming every money that you can, not that you deserve it but because you want to help other people. I think that's a better thing than gambling continuously, and it will help you in the long run. I think that doesn't give any excuses.

You don't have to have tons of money to gamble endlessly. There are faucets, free rolls, playmoney that allow you to play having nothing at all. So, it's rather about time than about money. Time is precious and you shouldn't spend most of it on gambling, but, for me at least, spending some time on gambling is beneficial. I can do my job better after spending an hour on a turbo tournament regardless of whether I win or not. Call it an addiction, but it's a healthy addiction for me.

A gambler who has the purpose of making gambling as a source of income in my opinion is a mistake. In essence, I personally consider gambling as a way to get pleasure, I play with enjoyment and won't get any pressure. This is a good way because then we can avoid addiction. Well, if you lose money n gambling and then you try to recover your money by playing again there is equal possibility that you will lose again. The reason will be the bad luck or it can be negative mind set as you already have lost and now desperately want to win. If you loss again you will become more frustrated and might want to go ALL IN to recover your loses at once.

I know a lot of players that we're not addicted an at first, but after a period they start to be addicted to gambling and they can't stop it. I think the reason here is the greed. Fair point, difference between the two is undeniable. Having fun while playing casino games, just for the sake of having fun, can not be called gambling. Yet, how many people do it without having any hopes for scoring big? Tiny fraction of players display such approach.
Those can be described as bystanders, occasional or rather casual players. The rest 99.9% still counting on wining jackpot, or at least make even while having little thrill in the process. This would still be my stance as well, valid reason will be to experience the game, to play it.

I'm not sure with these, I believe only few of them or of the total number of gamblers.
Not all gamblers are serious with what they are doing, hence they cannot be addicted if they will only play occasionally.

Gambling in general is addictive but only for people who are spending most of time experimenting some strategy that will help them win
as they are prone to that when they are expose more, and now that gambling industry is growing with the advent of crypto gambling, it will be riskier to us.
