I think we've had the worst already for this year so this point is a good chance to get yourselves some cheap btcs and other alts. I'd expect that even if the price moves slowly, by the end of the year you should still be in profit if you buy in today.  Much better if you can hold beyond this year because that's when real profit would come.

What I see is that Bitcoin has begun to move even though it has been moving slowly lately, and hopefully it bodes well this year.

Indeed, buying bitcoin is currently cheap and even the price is stable, if you hold the BTC longer it is better at its core, there will be a price change at the end of the year.

Are you sure, bitcoin will be come in this year $40000? It is too much.
So i advise you, don't follow the wrong predictions, use your mind and see what is happening now. I also have good hopes from bitcoin, but i think at least bitcoin will be come at $18000 in the end of 2019, and if it is happened then it is bless for us. But again don't follow these speculations, everyday we should see what is going now with bitcoin price.

I agree it's too much and we can never be sure as we did not witness that price yet, we can be confident with our prediction
but it's not a guarantee that it will happen. We are all just hoping our prediction will hit so it will also give us some good return of our investment.

That will continue to be a prediction until we reach it, but we need to be optimistic all the time.

I just patiently watch the graph, and keep telling myself not to invest because everyone tells me it's a giant bubble that will someday pop. Recently, I started to run a few side businesses dealing in Bitcoin as payment methods, but I've never stored it long term and always converted it to cash.

I remember back in 2014 when I first thought of investing in Bitcoin as a long-term investment, and obviously was pressured out of it because everyone kept thinking it was a bubble that was about to burst. I'm starting to think about it again now that Bitcoin is starting to crash - and generally speaking in the past it's done quite well after crashes, recovering and increasing every once in a while.


What do you guys think? Is it worth it to give it a try? This would be my second crypto investment, and I'd be throwing in $5-10,000 at most. Any ideas?

Of course it's very worth trying, you know that investment requires some time before making a profit.
So if you are investing in bitcoin now, I think in 1 or 2 years you will get a huge profit.

This technology is not created and own by a person or a company, it's decentralized and we can all own this.
It's very opposite to the usual way, when we invest with them they will become richer and we will only get a little portion of profit once they succeed but with Bitcoin, we can maximize our income here, provided it will succeed, the supply is limited therefore the price will move because of the demand.

Rather than waiting for the end days of 2019, it is good to make an investment at the earliest. It is good to make an investment on the first quarter of the year or at least by the second quarter of the year. Investing by now get the opportunity to buy at a lower price and sell back profiting big by the end of the year.

Of course it's very worth trying, you know that investment requires some time before making a profit.
So if you are investing in bitcoin now, I think in 1 or 2 years you will get a huge profit.

Yes it is not good to invest once and sell again but we will have to wait for our good time to sell it again, there is time in price to be high so selling now is not good decision, 2019 will make good profit for us this time after one year bearish market we will now see huge pump in price and bull will run at the end of 2019.

Not all of the people are fan of the technology and even the crypto currency itself. Even though there are a lot of people that wanta to invest, there are far more greater people that don't know what it is and what is the technology.
