KYC Actually, it is also quite good to be able to detect fraudulent people, but indeed sometimes this is also risky because our personal data is submitted to their team and it can be done a crime with our data
Actually KYC can be held by scam or legit project. So if project do KYC not means that project is good and you already mention risk if we give our ID to scammer. They can use our data to their advantage.

There is no guarantees! With or without KYC. Nobody can`t guarantee nothing this days, we all
have to risk, and there is no running from that, or crying about that when it`s happen.
Scammers are getting smarter. How technology progress, so they do too. We try to protect ourselves, but
someone`s get hurt sometimes. It`s how we learn about new scams, and we share with others and they
learn about it.
I think we can`t avoid scammers, that`s happen to everyone several times. What we can do is to stay strong
even we got scammed!

BIG WINNER!

team is the key. you can check the past experiences of the team. if the team is unknown or have suspicious acts in the future, it is very risky to invest to that project. and you can check the whitepaper if it has been prepared well and professionally or not.

Money ,,, everyone need money.. Some people choose the right way some not..
I new in this crypto world.. N newbie in this forum.. You guys that have a lot experience must be know the sign of scam project..
Can you tell me ?
It is very difficult to differentiate between scam projects and good one as the cryptocurrency market is annonymous and the bad people hide under this annoynimous nature to scam people.  You can find a project with a well written whitepaper but at the end of it, it remains an idea and the developers maybe out to scam people because he has no any intentions to developed the project out side investors money.  It is very risky to invest into any new project and my advice to people is to buy any coin and tokens after analyzing it performance in exchange and not through icos.

For now i think scam projects exist no more Bearish market makes things so difficult to actually make scam considering they will be spending more and losing without any gain because project are not much and they can be easily fished out  and their miserable efforts get exploited So no gain and bad reputation simple

altcoin always wants to grow and listings in new markets are more competitive because of a number of targeted considerations. Altcoin can be predicted negatively if they only choose only 1-2 small markets with volumes that continue to shrink. then what happened next was a wave of selling from their own dev and ended in a scam.

That's right because there have been so many projects that use KYC in the end the coins are scam. so we have to be careful and careful to choose coins so we don't let them use us later

Those types of project who's intentionally been created to scam people they will try harder to attract investors giving timeframe to make
things more appealing, you just have to stay away when you smell something wrong as promise that too much to be true are those
you should avoid.

Its  hard to generalize, but basically I make my judgement based on the "look" of the website and the whitepaper. Very rare to nothing updates on social media accounts are also a red flag for me.

Sometimes we found out it easily but it sometimes they really hiding it. They know also of what scammers are doing and they strategies it for not caught easily, and it sad that many were become victims of these people.
It is our own instinct and our observation of a certain project to know if that is legit or not.  It is very important to read feed backs and so we are all aware.

The fact is that today it is very difficult to identify fraudsters in the market spawn of companies. But I want to say with confidence that for the last year not one Bounty company, which demanded to provide personal data, that is, KYC, as well as any company that hid names on and other information did not pay the earned tokens to the participants. And also if paid, then These coins are not traded anywhere, but the same as the empty space.

I think when they only talk about money and does not show the details of their plans to justify this requirement of money. In addition, the project is reliable until when it allows this condition. However, there are scammers who don't know how to do things and clearly demonstrate that they are liars and misleaders.

Basicaly scam project can be see on their group self,i mean like telegram group, did u think its logic if some group have a tens of thousands of people inside, but the active people no more than 100 people.also about their presentation.huge bonus also. Both for investor and for bounty allocation. I just think if allocation for bounty is more than 10% its really ridiculous.

The fact is that lately I have not met at all the total pool for the company's Bounty, which exceeds 3% of the total number of tokens. 10% is practically unreal, and if someone claims such an amount, then it is 100% fraud.

to see a scam project or not is quite difficult, in seeing us, we certainly have to examine the project itself. whether this project has irregularities or not if it is indeed strange, it is most likely a scam project

I some cases, it is pretty obvious but for the others it still tried to play investors and make an exit once they'll got money.
If we could see a certain coin which don't have any market value, it is a big possibility that is a scam coins. Investors never to look for that coin cause we can't give us gain rather than of losing.

If you are a beginner you will find it difficult to identify a fraudulent project. Therefore, you need to gain experience and knowledge. You can just read the white papers of different projects, try to understand their idea and what they want to convey to us with their project. So you will learn to understand which projects will be useful for us and which will not.

You need to follow it for a very long time and continuously watch the project's activity. These scam projects often have no products and and the dev team has very little activity. You should stay away and should not invest in these projects

Just research the project as much as you can, and you will likely find some red flags if any are there... so what the coin is supposed to do, the team and their history, quality of website is often a good indicator, white paper full of buzzwords but little of any substance etc... the list goes on, but many scams are quite easy to spot. Those that ask for KYC for airdrops are probably worth avoiding as well - not necessarily scams, but certainly not worth the risk.

In my experience, phishing projects often have false signals about Team's information, making ambitious goals and promises. Such as they will be able to achieve 100 million dollars hardcap at the end of the project.
In addition, they do not have a lot of practical activities and just add poor quality articles to Medium, Twitter or facebook.
See these signs and stay away from them.
