I don't think it's necessary.
Why should anyone look for this thread, to follow a template, to post about his hacked account, to get Red Tag ?
Hacked accounts need to be locked or restored to original owners, or tagged if involved in Shady behaviors.
Any user with valid proof that he owns an account, and got hacked, have few options which i find sufficient:
- Ownership change becomes more complicated, so not that easy to loose control over your account, and the process take one week long. Moreover, if you missed your account and your email for that week, a link sent to the original email (yours) with validity of 14 days to lock the account even after/during ownership change.
- Recoveries of lost/hacked accounts are moving again since about a month. Check my thread about
All the Ownership-Changed and Restored accounts to see queued/completed restoration processes. Clear to see that the administration is doing a good job after the new system implementation and anybody can discuss his issue with it.
- If a hacked user can sign a message from an unedited btc address and have full control of the original email, he won't need to contact a DT for trust but can easly restore it.
- If a hacked user has solid proofs about his account ownership but not acceptable by the administaration (something like he can sign a message from an altcoin address (not btc) or not have a full control over the original email) he can directly contact one of the moderators to lock the account until ownership verification or start a Meta thread to discuss the issue furtherly.
[
Even a user can sign a Btc address but have no control over the original email, he unlikely be able to restore his account back, because accounts can only be restored to the original ones, AFAIK]
There is almost solutions to the majority of frequent cases, so this thread remains useless, until someone want to use it.
