I saw since last year lot of ICO's was scammed and project not true. So this situation ICO investor's are not come to cryptocurrency market. Why that project scammed please info anyone??

Many scam projects happen because the ICO market is not yet properly regulated. Also the law protecting the investors are not sufficient so they are complacent.

The people behind majority of the scams are aware that this market wouldn't last long so I think they just took advantage of it before it gets unpopular. They are also aware that many people in this space (including them) just want easy money, so they took advantage of it.

Why scammers want to scam other people ? Because this is how they love to make money . They don't want to develop new technologies and work hard for a long time to introduce them into people's lives. They prefer to trick away other people's money, because in most cases such things in the crypto space goes unpunished.

Nah, fake ICOs can easily be identified, not so easily, but it’s better to take hours in studying an ICO to know if it’s fake than to invest in it and be expecting profit only to be disappointed at the end. But whenever I want to invest in any project I start with checking the team to know if they are truly what they claim to be. I check for their LinkedIn profiles and everything. Then the whitepaper and website follows, then the rest.

Since the market goes down we meet some ico's that being scammed but not we are facing some success and waiting that many the market recovers to avoid loss price of tokens before it get listed in some exchanges.

Instead, better to hope that the project will be listed instead of thinking of the value being down, chances to increase is possible when its ready inside the exchange, but until that time ico's can still proceed and scam investors money instead of being listed inside exchange, there's lots of cases that happened along the way and until now most of those ico's are still ain't showing any progress.

IEO will not completely eliminate the scam in the ico space, there is already a IEO exit scam happened in the chinese community, you should only invest in IEO when the exchange is trusted, people should be careful when investing, they need to do a research first before invest and they should keep in mind invest what you can afford to lose.

Don't worry it will one day cease, because IEO is going to replace this ICO crowdfunding, if there is no regulation happening we shall soon see the demise of ICO in cryptocurrency, because this is the one thing that stopped new people coming in, to cryptocurrency.

Yes, you are right, IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) is much more attractive for investors than ICO. IEO is launched on the exchange itself and quite quickly reaches HardCap. The STO (Security Token Offering) concept is also interesting, it is safer for investors.

Well i think is also the fault of too much investors who invest on most if ICOs, and also the fault of scammers who make ICOs, but now i hope with IEOs will not be so much scams, and i hope investors will make profit.

Of course that would be their practice because they would not keep it in an exchange, They convert it immediately to fiat and leave the market, although some of these scammers are still among those making investment, some of them still end up being the whales too with the amount of money they have scammed from people.

ICO market has already been polluted, so I think the most focus of people now, especially investors is on IEO projects, at least we still have some faith in IEO projects based on the judgment of the reputable companies that carried out the project for the public to buy into.

in any business or industry there will always be scammers who exploit someone's ignorance and lack of experience such as new investors, for example.
I think this will be everywhere without exception. there are many ico projects that scam in 2017 until now, I think this is one of them which makes a sense of lack of trust and the collapse of the crypto market.

There is no exact reason because a scammer always wants to scam people's money! It is the bad people's nature! The crypto market has many noobs and non-reader users who don't read things and easily get involved in a scam project! So, some smart scammer came out with a good looking website and some team member and then they scam people's money! But people are very smart now and that's why there are very few scams ICO project at this moment and ICO market is almost dying!
