of course cryptocurrency can be able to use as a payment, until now many company release apps payment gateway using cryptocurrency as their money and based blockchain technology, but in few country cryptocurrency is ilegal for used as payment replace FIAT in the country

Crypto is already being used for patent that's the major thing driving the cryptocurrency world its ability to serve as a means of transactions. Coins that have high scalability I'll scaleost in the future because when mass adoption sets in on those with good utility and high transaction speed will be used also low transaction charge.

it is very possible, we can use cryptocurrency as a payment tool, and now there is a lot of online buying and selling sites that accept crypto payments. and in my opinion the best crypto for us today is Bitcoin or Ethereum.

Yes crypto will be available to use for payment, i think most of coins will can be used to pay with and make shoping, possible bitcoin will be more used, and maybe ETN , Nano and other coins with fast confirmation.
